As a lifetime natural bodybuilder getting back in training after a 20yr. layoff, your channel has helped me accelerate my gains. Also, I feel much healthier and stronger at 52 yrs. old than when I was 25 yrs. old by eating a very low carb, higher protein and med. fat diet. No bulking and staying in shape all year old. What is your take on mike mentzers appraoch to dieting and training? Specifically how he would put alot of emphasis on carbs? I'd love a video on your thoughts about mike and his body building approach
Thank you for your comment. I will definitely do a video on Mike Mentzer. I have mentioned many times about Mike's training philosophy, and I don't think that it works for overwhelming majority of people. It may work for some, but that would rather be an exeption, not the rule. Regarding carbs, I have also done many videos explaining their role. Mike's diet may work for some, but again, not for the overwhelming majority. Best, N
