  • In this episode, we explore the ultimate debate in bodybuilding: high-intensity training vs. high-volume training. If you're looking to build muscle, burn fat, and maximize your training results, this video is for you! Understanding the difference between these two popular approaches is key to finding what works best for your muscle growth and fat loss goals. High-intensity training focuses on shorter, more intense workouts with heavy weights and lower reps, ideal for stimulating muscle hypertrophy and improving strength. On the other hand, high-volume training emphasizes more sets, reps, and longer workouts to build muscle endurance, enhance the pump, and target sarcoplasmic growth. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced bodybuilder, this video will help you determine which method aligns with your goals. Discover how to optimize your training systems, avoid overtraining, and find the perfect balance between intensity and volume to achieve the best results. Don’t miss out on expert advice and strategies to help you grow bigger muscles, burn fat faster, and improve your overall bodybuilding performance. In my experience high intensity is key
Back to back exercise with fifty seconds of rest is best with 16 to 20 sets for each muscle group
    Jay cutler trains this way
    Thanks nash

Interesting topic, i have read several people say that Mentzer really didn't train the way he stated 100% of the time so who really knows? Have to admit he looked amazing in his prime but i have seen at least 1 person who later trained with him say he liked meth. and to be honest i don't doubt it as he looked TERRIBLE when filming some of his 'Heavy Duty' vids with Marcus, chain smoking, etc. Certainly Mike and Ray aged quickly, not bashing his accomplishments but i dont think he made the best lifestyle choices for his health. Dorian was truly a ground breaker and his blood and guts is legendary training, he said he designed his own cycles, etc. and whatever he took worked 100% for him.

Well, we have never seen Mike Mentzer training... There is no real training video clip, not once. He trianed with his brother early in the morning, before gym opening. So, it is all open...

@@nashjocic888 Right i agree, we haven't seen Mike training himself but the videos exist of him and Ray training Marcus Reinhardt. Tom Platz stated that he saw Mike in seriously sad shape and possibly homeless and a few people that trained with him said he did have his issues with serious and dangerous drugs, not bashing him as he did look amazing in his prime but at what price does winning cost for some? I feel using meth is related to how he looked after he retired.
