Mitsukoshi is a Japanese department store with their first store in Nihombashi Tokyo. Theyve expanded a few branches abroad in high end areas like London, NYC and Singapore. theyve decided to open here, which is a good indicator of the economy. the Japanese are usually very picky about where they invest.
