Then again, I love that movie, I think it's a majestic investigation into the abyss that lurks in every one of us, profound exploration of human psychology, only to fall on details like the ridiculous make up on the woman savagely bitten: I mean, those "make up artists" never saw someone bitten up? All they could do was a couple of plasters and a bit of red paint on one of them? Not a bruise, no swellings, considering the budgets for that kind of movie, it was really cheap, even incompetent, certainly pathetic.
Despite this dudes political viewpoint he is a damn good actor and very dedicated to his craft. No one can ever deny that even if they don’t like him. Imo the greatest method actor of all time.
