It is a dry snow year so not much snow. It was perfect for a typical wet snow that would just plug the blower. Had it been a normal year would have not needed the blade except by the highway where it is always slushy.
Yup learned the hard way. It will turn to 6" of slush if not removed. I do not miss mid-west winters and call Idaho winters tropical. It was 42 degrees today and the gravel is almost free of snow, unbelievable for mid-January. 😀

You actually clear snow when there is less than 6 inches? Definitely not northern michigan.
