I’m going to hold off on whether it reliably expands. I’ve seen some indications that the Winchester copper bullets occasionally act like an FMJ and tumble. This isn’t the case with Barnes or Hornady coppers, so it’s not a “for sure” thing with coppers, but I’m going to wait on gel tests to trickle out before I use it.
Bullet construction and performance aside, the accuracy is superb. Core-Lokt bullets tend to overexpand and under penetrate in high velocity cartridges so premium bullets are necessary to ensure adequate penetration on larger game.
Interesting that the bullet looks very similar to the Hornady CX bullet with a green tip instead of red ,maybe just a coincidence. Anyway, awesome accuracy out of that 7PRC
Core lokt tipped is just a green tip sst according to most sources I’ve scene just as the old accutip was as well . Same bc ,same ogive, same bullet , my assumption is this is a green cx as well . I read on one forum of a guy who bought blemished sst bullets for reloading and the box had green and red sst bullets in the box. Another guy mentioned a hornady factory tour seeing green tips on some of the projectiles.
I haven't seen Remington Cut on the shelf yet. I have some Winchester Copper Impact for my 350legend, but have not used it yet. That Remington looked great.
Ah so this was the super secret 🤫 ammo that you had to tease us with about a month ago but had it blacked out in the bottom left. Quite impressive out of your second RA Go Wild in 7mm PRC. Glad to see Remington Ammo back in action, now if they would get those M700 Alpha 1s on the shelves and other updated models that would be great. 😎🦌🇺🇸
@@dennismoore9147 no doubt and I agree- I became a Copper/Monolithic fan years ago (15-20?) and still like them….. definitely not trashing Corelokt!!!!
Traveling for work today, missed the Live. Great group. I need lead-free to hunt on Federal Waterfowl Production Area land in Minnesota. So, this is good to see. Would love them to have a 22-250 offering. Else I am left switching my varmint rifle to the 223s or upping it to my heavy barrel 6.5cm or 308. WTW have you done a video on comparing drop charts for the 7mm PRC vs Rem Mag vs 7mm-08 yet? Maybe slip a 308 in there?
I think ALL American Hunters and Elsewhere, TRULY Want Remington back to Full Glory. They need to Bring The 700 back to prefection as well, and PROVE It. Thanks for the Video Adam.

Had a lemon and they replaced it w this one
Be out next week
Encouraging to see all copper bullets printing so well. Excellent. 400 yard harvest....wow...good stuff.
Precision and reliability are crucial factors for any shooter, and it looks like this new ammo is designed to deliver on both fronts.

Remington (Ammo) has been killing it lately
🔥🔥🔥
Joining and being a aquired by a ammo company instead of some investment firm was a huge Turning point and there cooking now

Never been a big Remington ammo fan BUT this CuT has peaked my interest especially with 6.5PRC & 7mm-.08 calibers- a couple of my favorites…..
rem corelokt has killed more deer in last 50yrs than any other ammo

@@dennismoore9147It’s also wounded more than a few game animals.
Like see the expansion of this bullet at different velocities...

Will Remington be making CuT ammo forAll major calibers? I have a 243 and a 270 that I woud like to try
270 is currently listed but not 243
@WHOTEEWHO Thank You. I'll be looking for it
Hmm, does it come in 300blkout? That Inwould be interested in, or maybe 6.5.Grendal.
No 300blk in this one
@WHOTEEWHO we can always hope for a later run. 6.5 grendel would be nice too.
I thought bringing sexy back was your first goal not accuracy boy was I mistaken
Are they going to release them for us reloaders.
Not sure
Those are going to be critter smackers.
You forgot to mention that it's kosher for hunting big game in Kalifornia......
Looks great!

@@WHOTEEWHO Great
What speeds were you getting with them?
Didn't try
Do you still have your sako s20 7 mm or did you get rid of it? If so, which one goups tighter, the ruger or the sako?
Sako is 7mm mag. Love that thing. Both of them shoot extremely well
Looks like a hornady CX bullet
why not 100 metres?
Was 100 yards. This is USA. We don't use meters
What caliber will they be making it in ?
A lot
Very interesting.
Awesome 👍🇺🇸
Arkansas craftsmanship.
This will market well "CuT" :D I wonder if they will do 220gr 300PRC pills that can be down loaded into 300blk subs. would make a good pair.
Impressive
Paul Herral passed today....RIP
