Hey Preston, I found your channel less than a month ago, and I have to say, it was such a relief to hear all your stories and the challenges we recruiters face. I’ve been in the industry for 8 years, and for the last 2 years, I was a 360 recruiter with no incentives or commissions. Why did I stay there so long? No idea, but I finally decided to leave. Like Steve said, if I was already doing most of the process for someone else, why not do it for myself? I’m thinking about joining your Patreon community, but since I specialize in recruiting in LATAM, I’m not sure how many of the positions you or your team share could benefit me. Thanks for the great content again. I just changed my offer from 360 to job based 180. I was done with the hunting and competing with other recruiters. I would rather make a little less with less stress then grinding all day and waiting for the Big Bang 25k plus fee
