I love the fact that Sean trained with the person that knocked him out. They call it an ego check but I call it common sense. Growing up I was always taught that if you wanted to elevate as a man then you had to seek out the ones better than you learn from them and grow. Although not everyone is going to give you all their secrets but it’s still good enough to improve yourself as a human being in general. Anyone that says they can improve without is naive and will always be lesser than what they could actually be. Do t fall for that trap. On this planet we are all here to learn from each other and the mistakes we make down the road.

A good game plan by Sean. Neutralize the kicks, remain calm and disciplined, throw front kicks, don't be reactive to izzy's faints, block izzy punches with good defense, make Izzy pay when he get ambitious.

I don’t think most people understand what toll it takes when you get dropped, it sometimes takes seconds to recover and sometimes not recover for the rest of the fight. When you take damage, get dropped, get hazy and continue to go high tempo, it makes you feel almost half euphoric half winded which throws off your timing and tempo, that leaves one open to get dropped without seeing it.
