What a thoughtful and deliberate audio essay from Peter Dredge. His tenure with Adelaide’s Brian Crozer gives him heaps of healthy credibility for those unfamiliar. Thank you for the deep dive interview into Australian vinous personalities! 🎉🍾🥂
Yeah we’re heading there in a couple of weeks and have been looking where we can try his wares. If anyone knows where his wines are poured by the glass please let us know!

Hi guys, this comment won't be relevant to this particular video, but I figured it's more likely to reach you on a new one. I watched the video on packaging last week and would like to vote for buying your wine in a cask. I know that one customer doesn't equate to a shift in company policy, but I really like the idea of having a nice wine in a sealed unit that I could revisit and not have to drink a bottle at a time. Thanks 👍
Not going to lie... this is an idea we have had our eye on for a little while now. If people keep asking about it - there's a chance we can make something happen ;)
That's certainly one of the things we love at Unico. Freedom of expression with wine where we can basically pick and choose different styles and varieties from around the world and give them our own twist!
Brilliant interviews of Dredge & Gago great deep dives into the Antipodean state of wines!
Oh thanks so much! Means the world!

Definitely one of the most thoughtful people in the Aussie wine industry today! Got anyone else you'd like us to seek out for a chat?
Massive fan of Peter, his wine and hearing him speak.
Heading to Tassie this weekend and wish there was a Dr Edge cellar experience!

We're in touch with Dredgy! We'll let you know!
There isn't right at the moment, but we're finding out where his wines are being poured locally!

Makes me wanna buy more of his wine, this guy rips
It'll make a HUGE difference to him! They're absolutely worth every penny!
@@wineforthepeople already have a case, saving my $ for his sparkling release hopefully we get some in the US!
Get onto him early, and let him know - because he'd be making decisions about what to send to the USA and what to keep in AUS.

Amazing work team! Would love to see if you could get Nick O’Leary on something like this.
Hey hey! That'd be a fun one! That's for sure!
Great wines
