    Add a fistful of chana dal during soaking for dosa batter,dosa will come red and crispy

    I loved the sieve cleaning technique! No matter how much I wash it, the stubborn stains are so hard to remove.

    I loved everything but want to suggest you one thing... please don't pour hot water in those plastic container for soaking utensils instead use steelones..bcz plastic leaches....

    I burn the steel sieve on gas stove, 1 minute or so. All the tea dust sticking there because ashes. Dust it off well and clean it normal. This makes the sieve looks brighter also

    I had the very same nonstick tawa. Was very disappointed when the nonstick coating began to wear out in under one year. I too took good care, but very soon oil started pooling and caking on at the outer edges. The center nonstick also came away. Do you follow any other practice with nonstick, such as never using high flame, etc?? If so pls share.
