  • TaiChiHealthProducts.org website presents "Easy Crane Qigong" with Don Fiore. Although the moves appear to be simple, they can challenge and strengthen the brain's ability to concentrate. This 15-minute video is a good one to add to other Don Fiore daily practices that you are doing. The movements uniquely honor Air, Water, Earth, and Fire as you gather the Chi vital energy into your body.

Easy Crane QIGING has become one of my favorites. It helps me relax and at the same time energize. Your outside setting is so beautiful. I love seeing the butterflies show up every now and then. Thank you for providing us with these wonderful Tai Chi sessions.

Five months later, and I am still working with these movements and the 8 Brocades by Teacher Don along with a Shibashi Set. The beauty of the movements is that they can be done in small spaces when needed with a little modification--bring the arms in a bit. Breathe and relax. Thank you. Classic stuff!

I am so grateful for these videos. I accidentally stumbled onto them when looking for online Tai Chi opportunities. Now I start every morning with one of your virtual Qigong offerings. I have gotten very acquainted with a few favourites that I use over and over but am now reaching further into your catalogue. Just 20 (or so) minutes each day and I feel a much longed for mind/body soar. Once again, thank you for these video gifts.

Don .. I must say doing the..’Easy Crane Qicong ‘..with one kilogram wrist weights actually really exerts the Lats, I could feel it in the back, the movements are almost mischievous in their effectiveness, I do the three sessions, my mainstay is your 20 minute Tai Chi program followed by the wrist weights session and the one I have just referred to,although I use the one kilogram wrist weights for all sessions, David in Sth East London, thanks!!!

Hello it’s David from the UK again, on ‘Brush Knee with Crane Hook’ do you step out 10 and 2 o’clock etc and you seem to keep the foot flat this time and don’t raise it…thanks from England I am doing three of your programmes now

Hi,Don,I have a question about the last movement Dot Tien,is it? When you circling around the stomach at the end,do you actually touch the body or no touching? Thank you for your reply. Oh and also another thing I was wondering if you have ever done the Falun Gong? I recently discovered this type of exercise ,it seems more difficult, than Qigong,so I am curious about it.Thanks in advance! I actually enjoy doing this one!😊🙏👋
