Im a advanced flat sk8r got the v heil. Fronsidr flip n it all but this trick i just cant do i try to jump but my back foot wont fallow back to the board
Hey Sean, do you find that after you learn a trick rolling, you struggle to do it standing still? I'm only new but I can ollie relatively well rolling and pretty consistently too, but I can't land them standing still at all. The same with fs 180s haha.
Benjamin Murphy standing still is honestly harder. Id say only do tricks stationary if you aren't comfortable while moving. Otherwise it's pointless. Every other time you'll be doing tricks while moving such as going down a stairset
frickyfreshboy Yeah that's what I've figured haha, I was worried I was somehow getting worse but I think I'm just way more comfortable doing this rolling than stationary now.
Yo Sean, I know this is more of a kickflip problem but since you mentioned flicking up in the video i figured I'd ask. Every time I try to do a kickflip, I catch it with my back foot while my front foot falls to the floor. I know it's because I flick down and not up, but I don't know how to fix it. Do you have any suggestions? Any advice is strongly appreciated
I had the same problem man. Don't worry, the flick fixes itself overtime as you do it. What you can do right now is practice a bunch landing with your front foot only. This somewhat forces you to flick up. After that it's all about tucking your knees up over the board. It takes practice but you'll get it if you keep trying
i can do them perfect with one foot but when i try to land with both it doesnt work cause i dont commit,do you have any tips to get over the fear of landing them?
do u have like instagram or something so when i need a trick u can make a video to show me... im a biggener i barley know nollie, ollie, shuvit, almost heelflip.
Thank you man, after watching this video I started to attempt hard flips again and I landed my first one today... I was so hyped
That seriously is so awesome! Congrats! Glad it helped!

@@thatoneguywho3434 I think it's more like pop with a tad bit of front shuv

Lamonts hardflips are lit.

Not exactly sure how that happens. Have you tried filming yourself and viewing it in slow motion / scrolling on it frame by frame?
When are you doing more skate 3 videos
I can rarely get full rotation, unless I go off a drop. Any tips?
push inward on the tail like an impossible, for me it's all about the flick though

You gotta really try to tuck your knees up
You'll get atleast 50,000 subs

"knowing varial heelflip will help"
am I alone in thinking varial heelflips are like 100x harder than hardflips?

Most of these are what you would call an Illusion flip aka pressure hardflip.
John Smith I'm an illusion (;

im so close to landing
My brain can’t process hardflips I always do varials
I can get the rotation but it is completely impossible to get the back foot of the ground. Been at this damn trick every day for 3 years.
Well a hardflip is a varial that rotates frontside
do u have like instagram or something so when i need a trick u can make a video to show me... im a biggener i barley know nollie, ollie, shuvit, almost heelflip.

Jump high that's a good tip you'll get used to jumping that high when practicing and it will become normal.
That is very true
I can flip it fine but I need to get the balls to actually jump on it
Got it yet? I've been trying this damn trick for 3 years and still can't get the backfoot of the air.
@@lucianmacandrew1001 you figure it out yet?
