Well done ladies! You do it your way and don't pay attention to all those who know better! You won't see them do something, right? You all are great people who do a wonderful job there! ❤
Morning. Just found you ladies today.Your the first women doing this. I only watch a couple others. I've been binge-watching your videos for the last two evening. Stay safe everyone. 😊
Now there's a project for you: digging out the gravel enough so that the water can pass. Eventually it will clear itself if you get it started. The next heavy rain it will clear completely if you get it started. Good job, as always!
Aloha 🌺 Wow! That's impressive! 10! My back yard has a large stone culvert, the water comes from a Highway. Thank you for all the pretty river shots! Appreciate it so much! Aloha 🌺🥰
@@culvertsandmore I guess did not word that right, I meant show after the work. Y’all talked about how they were full of gravel. I’m sure you will go back, I will wait. I love your videos, I just wish I was there helping or just watching 😂😂😂😂Stay safe.
I often wonder how they decide on what size culvert to put in. Often see quite small ones on raging rivers and like today a lot of very large with little water. Anyway a good job as usual.
try turning your gloves inside out, wash with soap and water let dry well. i use rubber gloves often and hate how smelly they get. good luck. great video!! thanks
With the state of those culverts and the shale, looks like flash floods go at least up to the road regularly. I grew up around shale and I can understand how those culverts filled up like that. You both certainly did the best you could on these, but I hope your state can do better flood intervention some day really, really soon!
I couldn’t help giggle, when mom took a little stick from the top of the culvert and threw it with the other debris. This is the lady who regularly and nonchalantly throws logs down the culverts! Of course the culverts were blocked by all those stones but, still oddly funny to me. 🤪 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Just curious ...as these are large culverts would it not be easier/better to put the blockages through them rather than putting it up on a bank where they can wash down and cause another blockage at the same place?
Doing a great job clearing the culverts but i did wonder why you threw all the branches etc 20 odd feet behind you . The very high water line dumped stuff on top of those culverts which means where you dumped all the stuff will float on back.. Is it more risky putting it into the culverts when lack of water pressure is not there but would get pushed through with a flood. Keep it up girls as doing an important job.
Yes I agree and sometimes we do put them inside and we get so many complaints about doing it that way. So either way we get comments about the way we do it 🤔
@@culvertsandmore You should put them where it's the most practical. So if putting them into the culvert to wait for the next flood is the smartest thing to do in the long run I would do it despite the complaints here.
most of the time we decide that based on the water flow at the time. if there isn't enough to get bigger stuff through then we try not to do it. but we completely understand what you mean and where you are coming from on that. thanks for the advice!
@@culvertsandmore The only reason i brought it up as I follow Post10 who shows and does amazing things on cleaning many things and explains what he does and why. Big logs he will put through if movable and if not the DOT will be contacted.. That lad goes into water chest deep and knows what he is doing. Your doing it your way and keeping safe and are limited in what you can do as not everyone can do what you do and respect you for your help. Keeping culverts clear is a full time job and enjoying your videos
those gravel blockages are insane.!!!!!!! next time dig a small path thru that gravel to help it wash itself out.... what kind of training do you have.??? culverts can be deadly.!!!!!
moving logs from the entrance of a culvert and placing them little further away. With the next storm all the logs can drift to and block the culverts again... 🤔

I will love to see those culverts during a big storm.

Welcome!
Wonderful job clearing out all that rubbish from the culverts again today ladies, just ignore the trolls who never do anything but criticise you

Thank you for the clearings today, ladies! ❤❤😊😊

Thank you 😊 mom has been to the big island and loved it 😍
TOTALLY ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO LADIES ANOTHER JOB WELL DONE 😊
Amazing and beautiful video ladies. All deck out in zen blue. It was Monday so don't blame you.😅 Cheers 🥂 💪❤️😍 ladies.
Awesome job as usual girls! Big job or small they all have to be done.
Ladies, you're amazing 👏 👍🌹
You two are my favourite go to videos. Wish I could come and do a bit with you but the commute from UK is a bit far 😂 x
Another great video. Thank you so much! 😎🇨🇦😎
Thanks again, Ladies- your adventures always make my day
Wow what a view well done ladies 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
G'day from Australia ladies, every time you comment about snakes i smile (and i'm sorry about that) keep up the good work.
😎 awesome job you ladies are doing wow
Hi all hope you’re very well love your content you provide us. Love from England
I wish you would of showed the exit side of the first two set of culverts, that was a lot of culverts. Good job 👏👏👏👏❤️Tennessee
Me too. We are trying real hard to get that together 😊 mom just got a new phone that has more storage so that should help

Jen put talcum powder in your gloves
Un video de mis favoritos ❤️
Cool video
Lots of hard work but you ladies got it done without the Supervisor, Granny and the 3rd Musketeer, Dad! ❤
Nice work, we just returned from Choctaw and Seminole for Little League tournaments.
You can notify the DOT to clear the culverts.
Can u use the poles with the wood on it to push the gravel down the pipes😊
I sprinkle a little Talcum Powder in my gloves to keep them smelling fresh. What would you do if you saw a snake?
Good idea about the talcum powder and I would get out of there 😊
Wish there was a bit more flow to help you ladies. Easier letting stuff flow through then having to haul it like you did. Excellent jobs!!!
But letting the sticks flow through only causes problems further down the river/creek at the next culvert.
What type of snakes are you looking out for?
Cotton mouth. Copper heads for sure and also rattle snakes
Just curious ...as these are large culverts would it not be easier/better to put the blockages through them rather than putting it up on a bank where they can wash down and cause another blockage at the same place?
Sometimes we do
That last one you want to fill that hole in on the side as if the water keeps going in there it will undermine the road and wash it out over time.
Never let your rake lying around with it’s teeth pointing upwards, ladies. That’s what my dad learned me.😅
We forget all the time 😬😆
The county should pay you two something or cut your property taxes. 😊
Looks more like Tibet than Oklahoma
8:47 ya Post10 would go on the other side with shovels and clear em
We get it. You are in love with post 10. Give it a rest weirdo.
What state are you in?
Oklahoma
Wouldn't it have been easier to put in a bridge instead of so many culverts?

I was thinking the same thing. A little bit of clearing through the gravel might help clear itself. I so want to be out playing in those creeks.
Just because it is rarely used doesnt mean during a flash flood it wont just blocking it
Sorry but I am so tired of hearing about Post 10 and people comparing you. You are not him and he is not you.

If there was more flow we would have done that but it hasn’t rained since we have been to this culvert so they are still there.
You all dont go thru the pipes to insure 100% unclog Post10 does
We have venomous snakes that hide out in culverts. Like post 10, we are safe and don’t risk our lives.
You both seem unhappy and/or angry
Nope. Neither of those things.
Not much difference really
Hi, Karen!
