Well now I have to fuss at both Mom AND Dad for not wearing gloves! 😂 And, man, that last culvert was a mess with the road collapsing down around it. I don't miss driving on gravel roads at night with sneaky things like that at the edges. Not a lot a person can do with that one.
You will need a shovel to pull the rocks all across the opening . Otherwise the rain waters will just keep the force of water to wash more and more into the culvert. The graders do not help.
Hi ladies, do you have a shovel? Can you dig out that clay/dirt so you don't have to struggle with the potato rake? It might be easier but it was just a question and I don't want people thinking I am criticizing you. I love your videos and think you guys do a great job😊😊
Thank you for your comment, we have recently purchased a small shovel. We haven’t used it in a video yet. Hopefully it will come in handy in the future.
Jennifer have you found out how to put the video on the other video it's called pip?this is how Add a picture-in-picture effect In the iMovie app on your Mac, select a clip or range that you want to use as a picture-in-picture clip, and drag it above a clip in the timeline. When you see the green Add icon (+), release the mouse button.
Good to see an update but you didn't show us a panning shot to show how much the water has dropped in the pond since you cleared it before. So I'm a bit disappointed TBH. Also, don't beavers block/build at night? So why not clear the grate and leave it completely open for a few hours (at least) during the day? Take a picnic, have a cup of tea and watch the water drop, bliss.
If only we had that kind of time but since we have limited days that we can clear culverts, we have to go to multiple locations in one day and this is a bit of a drive from our house. No picnic for us 😞

the water on the 1st 2 culverts looks like a root beer float lol with the dark water and white mud water on the edges

Here's an idea....How about unlocking the upper panel so as to make it easier to pull out the bottom three...just a thought...
