Memories of my childhood sitting in front of TV every Sunday morning patiently wait for the song to be played, it was a happy memories now I am in my 30s and still watching One Piece. The song and the anime is legendary, I remember how painfull it was when suddenly One Piece got cancelled for someday for boxing tournament, that was my biggest pain at the time 🤣🤣
This man is an absolute legend! He's made one of the most iconic anime songs of all time! Every One Piece fan knows this song, and can likely sing along word for word!
This is absolutely one of my favorite Anime openings ever, and as someone who loves One Piece to death, this is probably among my top 3 favorite First Take performances ever, tied for first place with Suisei's Stella Stella performance, and LiSA's Homura performance.
The musicians for this video are probably all top tier. Seeing that the violinist is Ayasa (East of Eden, Morfonica). Unfortunately I dunno all of them. Pretty awesome performance.

We are is a great opening. I love that opening. It really gives a great feeling to the East Blue Saga. It really is a song that shows who Luffy is: energetic, happy, an optimist to the very end, and just wants to explore (and a statue on the ship). And of course, day 23 of requesting Luke reacts to the original songs from Phase Connect gen 3. My personal rankings of the 3 are: Into Euphoria, Forbidden (Runie is quite possibly the biggest One Piece fan I have seen, she will spend an hour on a One Piece tangent at least once or twice a week), Dissonance. Seriously, Into Euphoria is my favorite vtuber original.

i was getting on yt to play something while working but i found this on the front page and his performance seriously made my day! also the pronouncing is so close! Hiroshi was correct. Kitadani the only thing to correct is to pronounce ni the same way you would pronounce it in onii chan but shorter i. what you pronounced would be written as kitadane.

You should understand each island the straw hats visit as it’s so different place to place. Each island they go to is inspired by a real place in our world. You see bits of that. Alabasta was inspired by the Middle East and parts of the known Silk Road, dressrosa was inspired by Spain, drum island was inspired by Hokkaido as it’s very snowy there, egghead island was actually inspired by drawings for 21st century living from the 1950s or the jetsons tv show, water 7 was inspired by Venice, and the list goes on as they go across islands. I know the story now is inspired by British history during the religious persecution times.
