Welcome Home! As someone who no longer lives where they grew up (but in the same country still), I always enjoy going home. Sometimes it makes for a crazy trip home, trying to fit in visits with all friends/family, etc....but it's always fun to do and if I need to make a second trip...well bonus! Haha. I've never been to Australia, yet...but I look forward to the day I can make that trip...hopefully for a 1-2 month one...BIG place. LOL

If you are going to marry and settle in Qld to raise a new generation, I'm sure you have options worked out but I hope you have considered a TV cooking show, you present so well, pass great info and your recipes are so easy to follow.
