Love your videos! After she showed us the unfurnished three-bedroom, I believe she was quoting rental prices on those units. Did she say the three-bedroom unfurnished unit was $250 a month to rent? And the furnished four-bedroom was $380 a month to rent? That can't be what she was talking about, given what the cost is to purchase those units. Thank you!

Is it possible to get 3 month rentals during the USA snowbird season, say January to March? Rough cost for a 1 bedroom within less than a 1 mile walk from the beach anw. I’m new to your channel so forgive me if you already covered this.

Hi there. Thanks for watching. The prices you mentioned are not monthly rental prices but, HOA (monthly condo fee) fees. Mari is a fast speaker.
