Safety comments. I’ve been going a lot last 3 years. Yes pick pockets and theft but to clarify. I find it’s other Americans stealing not the locals. Locals won’t even pan handle there they work for their money. Tourists are the thieves

Costa Rica has more than 600 beaches. For example Playa quesera, playa Bahia ballena, playa Negra, playa Santa Teresa, playa Ostional, playa chiquita, playa Samara, The majority are very clean and actually Costa Rica has a program called Bandera azul which certifies the cleanest beaches in the country. I think you prefer Portugal and that is fine. However, it seems you had a terrible experience in Costa Rica with beaches with glasses, food poisoning, people trying to steal from you, the extremely hot weather, the fruits more expensive than Canada, the airbnb that was not as they showed it. What a nightmare!

Vegetables and fruits are cheaper in ferias del agricultor or in the matkets.

I grew up on and learned to swim in saltwater, Are there other beaches with showers? Coco is the only one I've seen so far.

Great video guys 👏👏. I have to admit that I've never visited Costa Rica and even though it does look beautiful, I personally would not be able to take that kind of heat.
