Well, this information needs to be updated because 2020 and subsequent batches is still in the house awaiting posting. It's been 3+ years after school and 2+ years after rotation for the 2020 batch.
Is not true, As a nurse being it a NAC or RGN, at a point in time your place of work will be change. Majority of the hospitals do that every year (reshuffle)
No please, when it is time for the government to post a particular batch, they will all be posted without paying any fee. However, there have been instances where some individuals who are not part of that particular batch will pay money for posting
As a diploma nurse is compulsory to do your national service even before you will have the chance to do your national service. However, some people have their way out

It was initiated by the NMC and MOH, it is something which has been there for ages
