Wow! That’s a lot of miles. I carry rubber bands and a tennis ball when I drive a lot. I squeeze the ball and put the rubber bands on the tips of my fingers and open and close them. This gets the blood flowing and strengthens the hands and wrists. Do you do any exercises now?

Indian clubs have been such a blessing for me. Completely healed my shoulder pain.

Good Morning Sensei . I love these clubs ; I purchased a pair of 5lb clubs a few years ago, after You introduced them to us online students .. Yes Sir ! These clubs are great for my grip strength and , I know that I'm getting more flexibility in my wrists because I hear , and feel them ' crack ' ! . And , they are Apartment Friendly , ! I can get a full ' Arm Workout '. My shoulder's burn after about 5 minutes .! Thank You Sensei , Great lesson .!

I've had TFCC in both wrists most my life. In my youth though, I had very strong wrists. Through real experiences and through much training, I've learned DON'T go at such things limp-wristed or even openhanded since it leaves too much for injury. I only open hands if needed and when they're near contact. Anyway, I still train a lot and push myself enough to stay in the point of injury. That in itself takes 'live and learn.' Ha. I may get those clubs. Thanks!
