Another thing you need to consider before buying in to an estate is the title of the estate I.e. governors consent, C of O etc as this determine whether or not after buying the property you an go to bed or worry. You need to also consider if there is or will be any building restrictions and what I mean by that is that, some estate might segment there estate I.e certain part of the estate could be mark for bungalows whilst other part could be storey buildings the height of which can also be restricted.

There are a lot of land fraud at the most and incompetence on the part of the documenting agency at the least. Be very careful buying a land under the jurisdiction of former AMAC AKA Abuja Municipal area council. Double, triple or more allocation of one land can be issued to multiple people is very common. This practices is particularly common in airport road on Lugbe.

Great vedio. I think it's important for people wanting to buy finished buildings to contact professionals ( plumbers, electrician etc) to help ascertain whether or not there are issues in the building. A couple estates in Abuja look okay outwardly but it's when you move in you will find out that all is not well.
