They can't do much about it becase of the weather system that effacts Abuja. Yearly, the fine particles of sand from the Sahara Desert is lifted up and blown across and some of it falls on Abuja. It is like having a snow season, but as we know sand does not melt like snow does.
That's not true. They need to tar all roads, cover grounds with grasses and pavement. This is the same issue all over Nigeria. Vehicles coming from the untared inner streets brings the dirt with their tires into the road. This is purely do to inadequate infrastructure. @@sylviasworld9397
