Yes, it is always great to be shown the fabulous homes in a country however, for those who want to learn about/visit Nigeria we want to see these places for what they truly are; which means understanding how the majority of the people there live "day to day" i.e., what their communities look like; where they work; what they eat; their music... Hi David. Kudos! Great job done! My question is: If land cost N25m in Kubwa, I don't think it is a place for Working or Middle class. It is too expensive for them. Kubwa still needs to undergo serious development from what I can see from the video, and based on that, I'm not sure why land is so expensive there. In terms of standard of living, accessibility, quality of life, basic infrastructure, road network, etc Kubwa is much more than Gwagwalada. After town(city centre) , next developed district in Abuja is kubwa

Nigeria's, most affordable neighbourhood? No, it is not. I reside, in Kubwa and i don't consider it an affordable place. Rent, is expensive in Kubwa. Buying food items is also expensive. There are many other places that is much more affordable than Kubwa. The title, of your video should be "Kubwa is one of the satellite places in Abuja".
