It never downed on me that smiling made them look crazy OMG Eldon lol I didn't think of it that way. Makes total sense now. I always thought looking at old pictures like these why they never smiled. Great video thanks Eldon.
The Rangers in the office can also stamp your Park Passports. Our local painting and sketchers group went here all the time in the spring/summer (and had our sketchbooks stamped too). Love all the blooming trees on the grounds.
I love going to old houses like that! Love to see what a house would have looked like back then. Kitchens. We have seen things about Muir before. I think in Yosemite or the Sequoia’s. Went to the Woods a long time ago. Love this kind of stuff. ❤
Great video! Thanks for sharing, never knew that was there, will definitely go someday. The national park service website has info on free days to visit park's as well as how to obtain a America beautiful park pass which gives you and family free entries or discounts to all federal park's in the US. The state also has a different pass for the state park's. Thank's again for the video.👍
@Eldons_Excursions Your welcome! I forgot to mention, the pass's also give you half off fee's for camping. There's also free days for park's a couple time's a year for everyone. Same for museum's in CA. Mission's are fun to visit as well, the one in San Jose is nice. So much to do in the bay. Mystery spot, Felton train in Santa Cruz mountain's, etc. Now I need to go somewhere, Lol, Thank's again!👍
Yaaaasssss! My weekend shenanigans led me to Muir Woods. 😺 If you visit, stop by the cafe and order their tomato soup and grilled cheese. They also serve Ghirardelli hot chocolate, which is perfect while walking the trail in this cold weather.
Oh wow I could have went on my winter break. I start back tomorrow after two weeks off. I will go during spring break. Thank you for showing this.
Thanks CC, I'm glad I could show you around 😁
@ your welcome. I am definitely going to go check it out. So many hidden gems. Just in the bay area alone.
Enjoyed this video that would be cool for you to show Muir Woods.
