In 2020 I ran Big Casino first and dang was it a workout climbing up. This direction of travel sure was more enjoyable. Nice to be able to dip into the campground and fill up the hydro pack. Hope ya enjoyed the vid and thanks for watching 🙏
Thanks a bunch, I enjoy making the vids! This year we stayed at Upper Obrien Campground north east of Stanley and a few miles east of Sunbeam. It was amazing. A little further from town but trails across the highway (there's a vid of the trails as well "You get out what you put in!) and super pretty sights directly on the river with lot's of places to swim and fish. But last year we stayed at the campground that was the mid point in the video where I filled up my hydro pack. Its called Casino Creek Campground and the trail begins at the back of camp. It may show it some of the camp on last years video? We preferred Obrien over this one due to the river access, lack of dust and being out there it's more secluded. Hope this helps and have a great trip, good job making those lasting memories with your kiddo! My most fond memories of my late father were the adventure we we took as a family. Well played Brian!

@@mikecolesvids it is a work out climbing up out of the pond. We broke snow on that trail three years ago. We went way to early.

I didn’t run it this summer cause of the snow but I’d guess the loop is 30 miles or less. Fun ride and thanks for watching!
