After seeing your TH-cam, you have helped me to enjoy using my reformer. Your expertise, personality and thorough classes are just what I needed to get out of my slump. Thank you! Wish you had an online subscription we could pay for where you could have thorough daily classes so we can be sure to get the full benefits of reformer pilates where every important body parts are worked.😊 Thanks again for sharing your gift of teaching👍

Excellent workout! Excellent! Lots of footwork beyond the traditional ones, great cues (I need to be careful to not hyper-extend the knees so appreciate all your good cues), and your energy is contagious. I feel great after this workout and it's thanks to you!

Dez can we do this exact workout with our foot bar up if ours doesn't lower for those 3 segments you lowered yours for? I tried and it seemed fine, just don't want to do it wrong or get injured.
Yes! You definitely can. If you look in the drop-down description of the video I went into detail as to the best modifications for that scenario to still get the most out of it!
Yay thank you, Dez! How many times a week do you exercise? I’m doing your workouts every other day, so 4 times a week, and I was wondering if I should try to workout 5 days a week instead. Cause with Pilates reformer you exercise your whole body and not by groups like if I was going to them gym. Is it important to take that break or can you do this everyday?
Hi Larissa! I exercise 5 days a week on average, but only 3 are usually reformer or mat Pilates...the other 2 I typically do a cardio or HIIT just cause I crave variety. With any format or schedule I do think it is important to give your body 1-2 days of rest per week therefore 5 days being just right if you feel it is working well for your body, but to answer your question, no I don't think you need a rest day between reformer workouts unless your body is telling you so. Hope that helps!
