From whom I don't know but It would not surprise me if the GP38-2's come from BNSF considering the mass purge of -2 series locomotives will be happening system wide this year.
1702 was in Tulsa in October 2015 it shipped off to Tennessee with several other Farmrail GP9's to be cut up and transformed into gensets. 1701 and 1703 are up for sale from what I know. The GE's were being bought in mass because someone there at FGLK loved them as they were easy to fix?? But parts if you want them are hard to get for them old FDL's unless you want to shop for them in Brazil, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia where a lot of the old GE's have been shipped off to.

That's what I heard, too, but I have no idea where the GPs would be coming from. You may be right.
