We're making a start in some spooky speed builds for this month. So this is Moonwood farmhouse, the family that lived here, disappeared under rather mysterious circumstances, leaving behind this farmhouse to be abandoned...

This build is amazing! The way you used the spotlight for the UFO is genious! I want to download this and play as a paranoid investigator looking into its mystery. Or maybe an alien family pretending to be humans while they try to erase all alien clues in the neighbourhood. This build has so much character that it inspires even more storylines!

I really enjoyed Nope! It's still probably my least favorite Jordan Peele movie, but Get Out is so fantastic that it's hard to top. One of my favorite alien films I've watched recently is 10 Cloverfield Lane. LOVE this build! My heart sank when you were making the playroom, that's got to be the saddest bit. You really got the vibes across so well
As an anime nerd, NOPE had some amazing references towards anime towards the end that really made it beyond interesting, and I loved the themes of humans trying to control nature. It's so good! Get Out was fantastic too, have yet to see Us but I can't wait to see that too :)
I was obsessed with the movie “signs”!! I’m also a believer 👽 😂. The knife scene always got me!! Loveee the concept of this build ❤️🔥

The house kinda gives off "Signs" vibes to me. If only the lot was big enough to make a cornfield. If you haven't seen Signs, it's awesome, you should watch it. Definitely something to watch this season.
You hush your mouth with that “It’s nothing like it” nonsense! When I saw the thumbnail, I immediately yelled “IS THAT THE HOUSE FROM ‘NOPE’?!” and actually got a little bit upset because I remembered how badly that amazing movie scared me. This build is FANTASTIC. ❤
Id' love to see a horror pack, with blood prints, broken glass windows, old furnitures... that would make quite creative storylines!

I really liked Nope! The artistic videography moments were my favourite part. If you like alien stories The Last Podcast on the Left has some great alien based episodes. I’m listening to a crazy abduction episode now!
I'm a huge LPOTL fan. I would also recommend This Paranormal Life. It's two silly Irish guys and one will tell the story to the other and at the end they'll decide whether it's a proper paranormal event or not. They did an episode on Japan Air Flight 1628 and it is to this day the most convincing evidence of UFO/aliens that I have ever heard.
Nope was such a good movie ! So much opportunity for analyzing it. Also, I'm not sure if you've seen it yet, but Annihilation is a super good alien/sci-fi horror !
It's cosmic horror and it's done amazingly well.

or maybe Juno Birch took the family and they’re all being given makeovers and playing Sims 2 and YES, THAT IS HAPPENING!

Love this! Just spooky enough to get the shivers when you walk through it. My top 3 alien abduction movies are Fire In The Sky, Communion, and Signs. I loved Nope, not what I was expecting so pleasantly suprised.

When I was a kid/teen my mother had some books in her bookcase i liked to read from Erich von Daniken "The Gods were Astronauts" I liked to read all his books. And when I was 6 or 7 my mother gave me this book called Cosmos from Carl Sagan I also liked to read. I am 37 now and still have these books, they are truly very interesting! O and american horror stories has nice Alien themes, season 2 and the last season!
Omg i never thought to do the chairs like that. They always stick to 1 stand but you have a nice trick to get around it. And also you use TOOL so well 💝

Loved Nope!! Fantastic film. Scared the shivers out of me as well. I love Jordan Peele’s films - “Get Out” and “Us”. Scary but clever with interesting societal commentary. AS soon as I saw your thumbnail I thought of Nope :) Maybe you could do a viewer build challenge and have us renovate this farmhouse. I’m going to do it anyway… I love Intersteller. Close Encounters is my all time fav. Signs is great. Jodie Foster’s Contact. The X-Files is on my all time fav TV list Top 5.
Nope was incredible, my first watch left me shaking for hours after but the themes in it were just *chef's kiss* such a good movie! my top three alien movies (aside from nope) are definitely Alien, Mars Attacks, and District 9
this build is amazing and I have to admit alien abduction terrifies me but I am a sucker for alien abduction horror media

I saw NOPE in IMAX theaters and it was so scary to me. They had some of the best modern cinematic shots. I love this build. I actually thought of NOPE right before you said it.

Jordan Peele is perfect inspiration for spooky, dooky builds. Love this! The whole atmosphere of this build is bleak and creepy. If you're doing a spooky builds till Halloween (by chance) I'd love to see one based on Colour out of Space (2019). Lovecraftian aliens are my favourites.

this build is special, omg. EA could never envision or pull off something like this. (fellow former x-files fan here. Arrival is a great alien movie that doesn't follow any of the conventional plot points of an alien movie). Could you do a version of this house as it might have looked in its glory days?
Aliens and stuff has always been my exhusband's shit. Communion scared the shit out of him and still does. The 4th Kind was scary too though I don't remember anything about it. My son and I were just talking about that film last night! I totally believe in Aliens, I think they've come here, I think they keep an eye on us. I think they have knowledge that we can't imagine and maybe they know all the markers of us going down the wrong path and how we could end up being the bad guys out in the big galaxy...so they'll stop us if they have to. I dunno. I think if Alien's were bad and invaded, that would be the one and only thing that would unite this world but, just like 9-11 wore off, so would that. I wish they'd come down and pat us on the head and say "Well, at least you all tried." and then take everything over. I always have dreams where I'll see something in the sky, above the clouds, that suddenly end up being Alien ships...I usually wake up quickly, that's my super-power, waking myself up before my nightmares get bad. I want to watch Nope because it looks like it is a funny movie, and my favorite alien movie is The Day the Earth Stood Still and Contact starring Jodie Foster. Contact was an exceptional film that should have won the Oscar for Best Picture.
Such a fun build and story and the way you done that flying saucer *chefs kiss*. I'm obsessed with Aliens and all things ET, some (my other half) might say I'm extreme but hey who cares right I'm not harming anyone. If you liked Interstellar I highly recommend checking out Sunshine - it's a little less polished and it's got a bit of a mess of genres but it has some of the best music and hits really strongly

On aliens, I've always been afraid of them lol. I was introduced to War of the Worlds at a very young age, it basically traumatised me hahaha. For me, I'm much more afraid of aliens than spooky ghosts, although I did live in a home that very much could have been haunted

I really want to see Nope but I haven’t seen it yet! I love war of the worlds. I know that’s not horror but it’s sci-fi haha. Also, what do you think of Skinwalker ranch? This house kinda reminded me of it being at a place like that. I also think you’d like the show The Osbournes want to believe. It’s basically Jack showing paranormal videos to his parents and try to make them believe. It’s a lot of fun!

I remember finding out that 1% (or something) of our DNA cant be traced back through evolution which always makes me think that we are part alien and that's why depictions of little green men are always humanoid. Kinda spooky! Lonely x

The alien movie that scared me the most was The Fourth Kind. I was dumb and naive and someone told me that it was based on a true story and that the found footage parts of the movie were real. Lol

Hey Loveeeeee!!!!! If you enjoy those type of films you need to check out Arrival!!! It´s an amazing film about communication, misunderstandings, different people working toguether and how your culture influences the way you think and percieve your life. It touches on so many different subjects such as if free will is really a thing, choices, love... it´s really amazing, not all about Alliens, it has such a deeper meaning that makes it worth to watch.!!!
