You could put the bathroom door on the kitchen side so you have the entire corner by the stairs for a dining area!
I did try this, but because of the shape of the bathroom it wouldn't work, plus the bathroom door would have been right next to the back door lol
Chamber pots will be making a comeback in this little Brownstone.

And I came to the comments thinking I would find some fellow Brazilians screaming for a Brazilian-style starter home, but I guess I'm early so I'll have to do it myself. PLEASE A BRAZILIAN-STYLE STARTER!!!
Gorgeous! I'm a NY girl so a brownstone build always tugs at my heart. This reminds me of my grandparents' home with the kitchen/dining on the bottom floor, the living space above on the parlor floor and bedrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. I miss that place ❤😢
the desert luxe curtains are a godsend. so versatile and the neutrals fit in a lot of spaces

I love how much this house resembles my own in how it’s set up… each floor has the exact same things in my home!
I love the idea of this being a kind of historical-modern renovation! My thinking is that maybe there were other brownstones on the lot but they were torn out and this was the last one standing. Many years later, a wealthy owner came along and bought it from the city but was only allowed to purchase it if they dedicated a garden space for the public to come and visit as a tribute to the old homes that once stood there.

Could you build nordic/scandinavian traditional house? Search with words 'talonpoikaistalo' (eng. peasant house) or 'rintamamiestalo' (eng. front-line soldier house, dont ask why it's named like that bc I dont know :D maybe bc soldiers might have built these types of houses after war) and you know what I mean. These type of houses are from 1800s and 1940-1960s but they have become very popular across nordic countries resently. Nowadays often young couples buy these wooden houses and renowate them bc these houses are often seen as cosy and intimate (and super trendy of course). I have lived in a wooden house that was built in 1910 and it was awful I was sure the house is haunted, it had mouses and it was freezing in winter. But since I'm Finnish, these houses have such a big place in my heart anyway 🥰I would love to see you build one!
This house is so pretty I would love to live here! Also I would have liked to have smaller lots that are very close together. It would have been very fitting not only for the city but for Britehester and Mt Komerebi too.

Wasn't convinced this idea would look right at first, but it turned out really nicely! Not where I'm from, but Jørn Utzon (Sydney opera house guy) designed these little modular courtyard houses called Kingo houses. Would love to see a little group of those.

Love this Aden! Me, I would put the bathroom door on the side of wall by the refrigerator. That would open up the whole wall for the table. Love ya!
I think that is a lovely build. It would look fabulous with landscaping and possibly a greenhouse on the lot. Then I thought, with that type of build, it could be your third Halloween build (is it the third) for a Dr. Strange-type character. He lives in an unassuming Brownstone in New York.
Tiny home lots and Sims routing is a match made in hell lol. Be prepared for them to do EVERY social interaction outside.
The nook behind the sectional would be a fine spot for a tiny desk, chair and laptop

I did a similar thing on this lot, but used the buildings from debug to make it fit in with the lots around it.
Very cute build. I just realised in The Sims Summit when they showed us bits of project Rene ('sims 5) that we will be able to build with other players. I'm requesting some Aden and Leander joint builds then please. I can just see that being hilarious on stream 🤣
This is a really handsome build. I especially love the bedroom. I agree with Nicky Smits down below. Moving the bathroom door would have made room for the dining table in the corner at the base of the stairs. Too bad you can't hear me when I'm back-seat-driving from this side of the laptop monitor! 🤣 Although, then you wouldn't have been able to put the cute stair-step dresser under the stairs. My other note is that I'm curious why you always seem to use picnic tables outdoors in residential builds. They are large, not that common in that setting here in the states, and are fairly uncomfortable. Regular tables and chairs are more flexible space wise, and much more common to see. There are several good options in the catalog. Do you just have a thing for them? If so, carry on. You do you... As I said, lovely build overall, and am an addict to your channel now.

Edit: Brazil is enormous and there are plenty of houses that you can build, but I would like to see one from my hometown, Curitiba (Paraná's capital). I suggest searching for houses in Cristo Rei, Jardim das Américas, or Ahú (3 different neighborhoods). Thanks!!
