SC Rules I’ve seen Janashia in top level strongman for about 3-4 years now, he’s always had traps like this. They don't move like muscles do. Muscles aren't constantly flexed, nor do they remain the same shape as the length between the origin and insertions changes. It looks ugly AF too. SEO/implants or perhaps some kind of inflammation/injury I would say.

I had a training partner with something similar on his upper back like this, though not to the degree shown in the video. It was caused by doing heavy, heavy squats and having a tremendous amount of weight on the bar resting across his shoulders. The doctor said it was his body going into protection mode (similar to a callous, but not a callous) they were fatty tumours. He started using a lot of padding on the bar, but it took years to shrink. He still has some signs of these tumors and this was 30 years ago.

@@xtremelemon8612 Steroids are suspended in oil so it is a real possibility. But it would obviously have to be purposeful to inject that much in those areas. You wouldn't do that unless you were wanting the site enhancement effects of the oil and not just the compounds it contained.

I got a bump on the middle of my back right on a vertabra from squatting--- the barbell was constantly putting stress on the bone. It didn't hurt or cause pain or any issue, but a lump formed presumably to protect the bone. I could see a strongman developing similar lumps from training

University of Ohio does full body scanning on each Arnold strong man competitor. They have a write up on what the five bumps on his back are and someone is doing a phd paper on how the strong men at the Arnold differ physiologically from average man walking down the street. They think it is from his rugby injury and training so hard. Apparently this man was walking/playing rugby with a broken vertebra in his neck and torn muscles and still went on like it was normal day.

Obviously there are medical anomalies for every identified malady were sure is clearly defined and absolute. There's always a minimum of one exception for every hard and fast rule.
That being said, Synthol has a high mass density, which is why people like it for a quick solution to enhancing size and mass in very specific or isolated muscles and muscle groups. In other words Synthol also has the best results for disguise and denying it's presence, even on an ultrasonic exam. I can't imagine seeing him stuffed into an MRI machine to get a better look. I'm the same height as he is, but I weight about thirty pounds less and haven't lifted weights since being injured twelve years ago. And I can't fit inside the MRI machine at the closest hospital so I was transferred to another one several hundred miles away. I would guess they would have a similar issue trying to peek under his skin.
Konstantine Janashia has never competed in the US Arnold Strongman, only the European Arnold, so I believe your information may be inaccurate.

Silicone implants, similar to what's used in a breast enhanced surgery although much firmer.. but these are extremely large and I feel there would be obvious scarring, even simple piercing leave life long scars, the incision needed to insert such a large implant would be visible, granted not from the angle we see him though so you could be on to something, but that would offer him nothing but a disadvantage as they are notorious for being rejected by your body and making people extremely sick.. but this is definitely not natural and it's so crazy anyone would actually think this could pass as natural that I almost think its natural lol Good old double bluff...

More likely the implants move over time and or interfere with the function of the surrounding tissue. This causes inflammation and tissue damage, which eventually necessitates removal of the implant. The dude just wants to look freaky. How could a ball like that have anatomical utility?

I think he injected his traps, and the reason there are 2 lumps on each side is that when he does squats, the bar lays across the traps and has created the divits or dents in his traps on each side. He did not. I'm not sure where his information comes from. In reality, Janashia was 2nd at 2018 Europe's Strongest Man and 4th at 2016 World's Strongest Man, among other solid international performances.

There is another possibility than synthol. Look at the backs indonesian sulphur mine workers. They carry heavy weights days on end which results in growths that are not muscle. If this guy has some original training methods e.g. with carrying some unusual contrapment, it might be causing what we see without synthol or anything like that.

Well I don't think any regular training method would cause this. It'd had to be some kind of carrying contraption with heavy weight and used for extensive periods consecutively. Lower baubles are roughly where you would put the squat bar. I think it's relatively easy to imagine front squat harness-like harness used for carrying and/or squatting with heavy ass weights that could cause such trauma.
When he was doing rows at the end u can see where his actual traps are then the oil or whatever on top
