My dad taught Psychology for almost 40 years at a college. He is immensely intelligent and I am blessed to have him as a Dad. I still learn stuff from him till today. But it is a gift and a curse for many different reasons. Yes I've learned a lot from him, but at the same time I don't know all that he knows and in no way an expert. So I can't utilize what I know as well or as productive as he can. Seeing how much respect people give to his thoughts on things they present him with is astounding. Love you pops. If you're passionate about something find someone who you can trust and respect on the subject and try to soak up as much as you can. Or take classes🤷♂️😅
I love how you didn't take the -10% dmg curse when it's countered by the relic and after you spent 30 life to lose the 2 curses that gave you +20% damage and had basically no negative effect on you
Realistically, understanding humans is a beneficial aspect of thought, so as long as your mind is welcome to being uncomfortable, it’s something that would be a great source of knowledge and intuition, meanwhile if you lack the joy of discomfort it may be more harmful than helpful.
I would love to understand how humans work entirely, I could understand why people act the way they do and take advantage of this to either help them or myself (possibly both), helping my friends when they go through things and help myself would be something I would love. It would also answer questions in my life and make me more confident, knowing why people do stupid or dumb things or think in the most confusing ways would satisfy my curiosity.
I must say, I've started following your Magicraft series not even a week ago, I've put in about 50 hours into it so far, it's impossibly addictive and so far I've found 2 combos with 10000+dps, I have still yet to find the Fire Core, I intend to try a tracking-snake-fire core build as soon as I do. Thank you for letting me know that this game exists, it's ultrafun.
12:55 btw the satchel is op if you can get an expansion stone or two and the wand that lets you spend its mana for other wands, the satchel has 0 cooldown and 0 fire interval so you can delete all your mana instantly
50:08 buuuut siiiifd why did you have a big jump in video? No pinned comment explanation or on screen text “Oopsie file had an issue or recording software shit the bed…” THE PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW jk iz not that serious but am curious
If u actually put the book together with the laser into the wand, that activates for every spell u use, it goes hella crazy too. u can even play another full spell wand, since the books are activating remotely
Sifd, pls buy a shield at the shop whnever you see it if you want a garanteed reward for boss rooms. And pls buy the choose a relic to reroll potion for bad relics later on the run
I think what you're describing is emotional intelligence. There should be four parts about emotional intelligence that you can work on as a skill overall, which is helpful in general. Self-awareness: The ability to recognize and understand your own emotions, strengths, and weaknesses. Self-management: The ability to control and manage yourself and your emotions, inner resources, and abilities. Social awareness: The ability to handle and influence other people's emotions effectively. Relationship management: The ability to use your awareness of others' emotions as well as your own, in order to manage your relationships effectively.
Sifd you should totally try grimoires with lightning dash and that tracker mouse!! (grimoires will be invincible for a short period of time w/ ability to aim them) The build is so broken and so fun if you get it right, you can even AFK the last boss, its totally worth it.
Understanding humans is an interesting concept. If you have to choose i would 100% choose to understand rather than not. With the idea that helping people will become easier, but it can also have a big effect on yourself if you know how to help people but you cant. Or you know that people wont accept help no matter what. If the question allows a gradient and not all or nothing there would be a sweet point somewhere.
So i did a thing with mana drain... I used the 0CD wand (the mana globe), but the 0.15 with overload scatter (i think) works: just tracking (i prefer the auto tracking not the mouse one), poison stuff maybe miultishot etc, expansion stone if needed, i was amazed by the minigun 🤩
I was thinking about giving any of the "bad" wands, the ones with no mana or cooldown or anything, just there for spells, a mana box to make it work, but i happended to have the globe one already, I mean you all got the idea, it's super cool
Hey that was my comment lol, if you fully understood the human condition the way you interact with society would change entirely, as I make my way into understanding humans the way I’ve acted in public and private has changed drastically. I’m still trying to understand if it’s a good thing or not. Also (personally) I worked through my depression by understanding how pointless life is and being able to still find beauty in the chaos of life. Post-nihilism is what I call it but not 100% sure people agree on that
I will split the question into two answers for clarification: Learning Psychology is learning observations that have been made about the human psyche, human behaviour and the various influencing factors surrounding it. Practicing Psychology is utilizing that knowledge to help other people understand their own psyche (or, as is the case with advertisement, game design casinos etc., to better exploit it). I believe it is important to make this distinction because every human being is different. Learning Psychology does not turn you into a mind reader. Any (decent) practicing psychologist can tell you that much of the practice itself is a lot less about theory and more about utilizing a toolset to work *with* the patient rather than analyzing them and giving them answers. Psychology as a field does not lay claim up understand the individual human mind, it merely describes and interprets generalized data and delivers generalized conclusions based on that. Just as with the ignorance is bliss question, I will posit that the knowledge that the field of Psychology can give us is useful to look at human interaction in a different way and yes, in that sense it does change your perception of human relationships, including your own, but it does not provide you with complete or ultimate answers. It merely opens the door to even more questions.
I wonder, is it possible to make an infinite lightning dash by chaining it with "fire after spell ends" effects? Like one dash triggers another dash triggers another dash and then it looks back.
All human interaction is people thinking about what others are thinking and adjusting their behaviors according to their predictions. In my experience I've found that for the most part, a lot of problems arise when an individual thinks they _know_ what someone else is thinking, or the motivations and reasoning they have for their actions. We also have to be extremely cognizant of the Dunning-Kruger effect in all things, but especially in understanding the human condition. Basically every extremist group _thinks_ they fully understand the human condition. As to the psychology causing depression thing, yeah its definitely a factor. Another factor though is that smarter people, on average, have many more mental health problems. The tortured genius is an archetype for a reason, but with all of that being said I think for your particular scenario there's some interesting results that Wil come from fully understanding the human condition. I think it's entirely possible that with that knowledge comes the struggles you mentioned, however, I also feel like in understanding the entire human condition you're also understanding yourself. So the thing that's causing these problems, namely the knowledge itself, is also the thing that affords you the solutions to those problems and struggles. The idea that philosophy leads you to stoicism is actually an extremely common criticism and while there may be some elements of truth to it, it is by no means a forgone conclusion or even necessarily a likelihood. I feel like those who fall into that behavior might be a little on the solipsism side of the spectrum prior to pursuing philosophy anyways. I'd say there is far more wonder and fascination in the worlds of psychology and philosophy. I think unfortunately you're falling victim to your own prejudice and fallacies. Things like confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance. If you want to balance your pursuits into psychology and philosophy I would suggest pursuing some level of the Philosophy of Critical Thinking. It's an extraordinarily useful branch of philosophy and its focus is exactly on analyzing our beliefs (our own as well a other's) why we have them, and whether or not we should maintain them. It handles the truth values of statements and uses math to analyze specific truth matrices regarding statements and beliefs. Thing like if a then b, a therefore b. It has a valid truth matrix. But if we say if a then b, b therefore a is wrong. Its fairly simple concepts most people understand but it helps a lot to have them labelled and fully understood. An example would be: If I spill water on the carpet, then the carpet is wet. We establish a statement like that and then we make a claim like: I've spilled water in the carpet. so we _know_ the carpet is wet because of the established true statement we had before. However! If instead our statement was: The carpet is wet. Can we infer that we spilled water on it? No it course not, there's any number of ways it could have gotten wet. This seems like a simple thing to understand, but in reality people make mistake like this _all_ the time. And there's a massive rkist of these fallacies which can be extremely useful in analyzing beliefs whether they're your own or someone else. I can't recommend Critical Thinking enough, it's an actual field of study, not just "think good" lol, I can't remember the number of times I've heard someone say they know what critical thinking is, only to have literally no idea what I'm talking about. So I know I mostly just word dumped here lmao, and I hope I addressed your question Sifd 😅 My suggestion still remains the same, I think all knowledge is worth pursuing no matter the cost. But I also recognize not everyone is like that and we all have to find a balance in life 😊
On the question of philosophy leading to despair, hedonism or stoicism, it depends on what you end up believing. When the search for truth eventually leads you to realize that God is real, that's quite a hopeful outcome. Otherwise it is easy to think that life is ultimately pointless, as king Solomon points out in Ecclesiastes 1:1-4 "These are the words of the Teacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem: 2 “Futility of futilities,” says the Teacher, “futility of futilities! Everything is futile!” 3 What does a man gain from all his labor, at which he toils under the sun? 4 Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever. " " 1:17-18 "So I set my mind to know wisdom and madness and folly; I learned that this, too, is a pursuit of the wind. 18 For with much wisdom comes much sorrow, and as knowledge grows, grief increases." and chapter 12 verse 13-14 "When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is this: Fear God and keep His commandments, because this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, along with every hidden thing, whether good or evil."
the sword with when on hit or standing still wand might be busted with how fast it cast, and its also free spell without mana use right?? plus extra slot spell you can make a really busted run .. hope to see that in action ..
I'm not a psychologist but i did learn a few things about our psychy and for me it makes me sad that we are easy to manipulate and often probably won't do / react the way we think we would in certain situations
im going to try and help the pronunciation as well.. Bouquet is Boo - Kay, there is no T.. the T is silent Just like Ballet is "Bal-Ay" Love the videos, Keep up the good work. First started watching from your Perfect Tower II series, and love your creativity and live commentary!
You chose to not take -10% damage curse. But you have +10% damage per curse so it depends on the way it works it would cancel eachother out and get a free chest or maybe -3 procent because 90×1,3= 117 instead of 100×1,2=120
In my hubris I believe I have a good understanding of humans. It does help me in my day to day but the knowledge of understanding humans can be elating, depressing and terrifying. Humans are animals with superior pattern recognition abilities. We are mostly selfish, very tribal, and quick to violence. Most of our history has been filled with horror, bloodshed, and war… All that being said humans can also be extremely generous, self sacrificing, and loving. They can adopt living creatures of different species and take care of them. They can change the lives of millions of people anonymously, they can love so much it hurts. People are all these things and more. Once you can truly understand this then you can appreciate people in all their imperfection.
I will say this, time is infinite and so is this dimension so if you were alive once then it is possible to be alive again since with infinite time what can possibly will eventually always happen that thought is comforting since it was possible for you to be born once then it can happen again, since the possibility for your existence has been proven possible. It's the same philosophy with the monkeys typing randomly forever will eventually produce a perfect copy of Shakespeare.
Well, the universe as _we_ know it doesn't technically have truly infinite time when one considers the inevitable, though incredibly far off into the distant future, heat death of the universe and the relative collapse of physics the way we know it.
To answer your question I say that science and understanding is the best. I do listen to a lot of practical phsycology talks and I think that I have a much better understanding than most people. I think I can make pretty good educated estimations about peoples inner psyche, especially people I have spent a lot of time around. It is a bit of a curse and gift at the same time. You can understand people quickly and understand the motivations of their behavours, it helps you decide who you want to be friends with and who you dont want to be friends with or helps with working out how much trust you can give to a person. I feel that having a good understanding of phsycology also helps you become self aware and make improvments to yourself as well as can help you make informed decisions in how to reduce stress or other negative emotions. On the other hand, when you see the way some people you love think, it is really hard to have a good understanding and know that you could potentialy help them help themselves but not know how to convey that knowlege without offending someone or ruining relationships. I think if you could completely understand each persons psyche then you would easily be able to convince them of anything because you would know exactly how to manipulate them mentaly. You could use this power for manipulating people to get everything you want (Which there are people that definantly have massive apptitude in understanding peoples psyche and do abuse this knowlege to get what they want), however you could also use it for good or even get what you want in an ethical manner anyway. Id take it just because I have a scientific mind in that I really want to know how things work. Im always the first to get on google when a friend has a random thought about something outloud.
pyschology is the blind leading the blind, even the best of them are dealing with a short deck. with knowledge, understand, and wisdom of the human condition you should want to focus to sharing it ,and helping others to obtain the same, so that everyone is better.
Human psychology is a synonym for economy. When humans ignore their problems, they become ignorant, which causes their human psychology and the economy to stay stagnant. The power to know specific individual's exact future actions would not be a good thing because it has an extremely high potential of abuse. However, the power to know future actions of large groups of people already exists and is called economics.
777 wand loads 1,7 energy on every hit with this wand. if you spawn a thome that spawns thome that shoots lasets repitedly it will trigger ALOT of times. Same thing with static field ro laser ray or snakes. Or if You spawn Spider his attacks will trigger it too cos it was made with this wand.
The idea that every bit of knowledge you have creates a filter that you see everything through isn't entirely accurate. No one applies every bit of their memory to every situation they are in, no matter how genius they are. An easy example of this is accidentally saying things that you cringe at soon after. I think this discussion has the same solution the previous one. If more people had a better understanding of one another, our society would adapt to the expectation that people do better at being mindful of one another. This is an important step in our progress as a civilization. "Be excellent to each other." 🎉 Also don't forget to hydrate.
I would become a iron fist in a velvet glove world emperor. You will all have peace and education and flying cars. Straight climb to and grasp of all the worlds resources by any means
Sifd on the whole mind topic and understanding it and all i think that understanding people’s urges and maybe motivation for stuff is good maybe so that i can predict what someone will do i also think that are mind is so complex that maybe its dumb to try to figure it out like for me i play for my band im like rank 18th in highschool band on euphonium and i think i would love to learn why and how music developed from are conscious and or why we like certain sounds how we decided on notation all that and how music would sound if some small circumstances were different how it would change i also want to understand why my mind decided to really want to gloat about how i placed in band like it was adamant on sharing this info i think its because im proud of myself as a sophomore put all the hours in and it paying off but why did i
I mean realistically if you could fully understand human nature you'd still have to understand a great deal of psychology to be able to distinguish differences in personality, which is very nuanced and complex, but if you could, there would probably be a ton of good and bad, but the good that comes to mind is the ability to fully understand how you can help a person and the correct ways to interact with that said person, but the downsides would likely be that you'd probably lack a feeling of connection with many people because of your understanding of connection and personality. Bit of a double edged sword, but definitely something very useful
To be fairly honest, understanding humans seems a ted bad for your own sake, understanding why things get "created" or why you probably feel certain things (And double bluffing yourself all the time) is enmaddening. Understanding the reason for there to be religions, or why you exist, how the mind works (Scientists are still trying to understand it 100% and they haven't), it just makes you either numb to it all, completely insane, or makes you believe in something you normally wouldn't, and that's simply because there always is a method to the madness.
Obviously, as I should say, time "is" infinite (It's constantly "growing", it's a concept), and, in a infinite amount of time, any process is reversible with 100% energy efficiency, you still lose heat to the ambient, but it just comes back to you in the infinite time, which would make a "Time reversal" possible when the universe "ends" since that time is actually infinite, meaning we'd be jn a infinite loop that may be subject to the theory of chaos, meaning that each loop happens differently, but you'd be possibly a person 1000 universe loops ago, it's weird, it's crazy, but the science just about checks out if i'm not mistaken
Sifd are you gonna post a video where you try to do a book summons other books and have 100 books on the screen that do 10k dps 😂 i dont think it will work tho but worth s a try, right?
Honestly I can say I unexpectedly have that ability to understand people. I think it’s called empathy just joking but honestly the one thing I’ve learned is humans are unpredictable whenever you least expect it
Theory of mind, in theory every human should have it to an extent and used to be a part of the education system. Now days feels like many people have an inability to develop a theory of mind of someone else.
You know, I'm something of a psychologist myself. (yeah the meme material) The human mind is so complex that you can't know how some individual's mind works even with a lot of practice. People often don't know even how their OWN mind works, there's no way that psychologist can get a perfect sense of some OTHER person. Also, you yourself aren't always in "the psychologist mode". You simply aren't constantly analyzing every person from that point of view. Heck, that wouldn't even be healthy for you.
So as for philosophy creating sadness/madness it’s a bit more double sided. For some, especially those that are not very emotional or empathetic, it’s wonderful and enlightening. When you have more of a logical, scientific, or objective view of it then it can create a lot of stability and understanding for that person and the ones around them. The opposite is very true as well; philosophy, science, and other big ideas along those lines can be extremely depressing. The latter being a wonderful environment to breed cynicism. Ignorance very much is bliss, we all want to know or see things until the very moment we are confronted with them. We’re naturally curious creatures, but like anything else, it comes at a cost. Do you remember when you were little and still believed in Santa? How did you feel after you learned otherwise? How do you feel now looking back on it? Not many people are excited or happy to learn Santa isn’t real. Everything always has a cost no matter what, even if it isn’t clear at that time. Newton’s 3rd law, “equal and opposite reaction” is the very most fundamental idea of this. Although, if you have nothing, no knowledge, then there is no reaction to be had. It certainly isn’t always our choice, but something to be considered if you have the option. I had to stop myself from writing more, but if anyone takes the time to read all of this then let me know your thoughts.
So your saying if you knew how people thought and was able to use it to you benefit like manipulation should you use it. I say yes but only if it don't hurt the person used on
as far as understanding humans goes im already at a point that i dont need to know more to interact with people in a way that benefits me, which is the only reason i can fathom somebody would want to understand why people act the way they do i cant imagine someone would want to learn more about people just so they can act the same way that being said ive already reached the level of human understanding that i want, more understanding wouldnt hurt but it wouldnt be particularly helpful either, for example i dont want to do one chore so i do a different chore instead and use what ive done as an excuse to make someone else do the chore i didnt want to do, but sometimes ill take the harder chore so that people wont be on my case about always doing the easy stuff again the only real reason to learn more about humans and they way they tick is to manipulate them, and if you do attain true understand of the human psyche your interactions would be more like a dating sim than actual socialization, so i dont think its a good idea, its a wings of icarus type deal
So I did not major in psychology but took several college class as an intrest and let me tell u it changes talking to people if u use it. In many ways helpful but also can suck the fun out of many things and that's not even ful understanding just a medium depth look
i made books that spawm books that spam books that spam double lasers. But game keeps crashing for some unknown reason. Btw found no troll blood at all :/
I believe that peoples mind should be something that we dont pry into. This is because even I have thoughts that I dont act upon and sometimes even my mind thinks more into how to benefit from a good act even though I dont show it. So I think that it would be a lot wprse if I could read people perfectly as it would give me a different perspective of them even though its simply what they think but arent acting on. Edit- When you talk about the human psyche, thats when my answer changes cause then I would be understand that the person in question isnt acting upon their thoughts if their thoughts amd actions clash. So in this scenario I would want to be able to understand about the human psyche perfectly
don’t hold your creativity back because “you’re not that kind of youtuber” no one chooses what kind of youtuber you are but YOU sifd, and the only way to know if people will like something is if you put it out there, even if no one watches if you enjoy making it then that’s all that matters
I feel that many people, upon gaining a full understanding of how humans like themselves "work", would be seriously traumatized by the knowledge. I know how stupid and edgy it sounds to express myself in this manner, but there are lots of things "man was not meant to know" and I don't really think I'm much improved by the unhealthy wisdom I have picked up. Yes, I have gained empathy for people undergoing some unusual life events, but getting there was traumatic. I did manage to void the most common bit of forbidden lore - what it feels like to be so addicted to something that the addiction eclipses lesser things like your ability to love others, but the lesser stuff I have seen didn't make me better. Fully understanding the human condition would involve gaining a _lot_ of disenchanting knowledge. On the other side of that knowledge, you would either end up hating mankind or you wouldn't - but you would also not be able to expect anything from your fellow men either.
If somebody knew everything about the humanity, first and foremost consciousness would be explained and explored, this is something which currently scientifically impossible, this brings forth a lot of progress to science, but I personally think that consciousness cannot be explained in the 3rd dimension. Most peopl (i’dd think) would say that having said omnipotent knowledge over humans would be a horrible knowledge because it unveils a lot of of new questions, and possibly even higher possibilities in horrors of the unknown. Moreover hypothetically I think having this knowledge would absolutely induce some degree of insanity, but they would also specifically know what madness is, and thus jailing them in a positive feedback loop of getting insanity, recognising their insanity, making their insanity ever higher and higher. This is considered by the majority as quite the whiplash of knowledge, but logically thinking, if this person relays all the information he knows to the people he will transform the entire population into an era of insanity and clarity. In my personal opinion this isnt bad, nor good, this will provide progress to humanity and the negatives bring positive, the optimism brings nihilism.
My response to you is that I sorta do that and I understand how people around me think and I can predict their next action but my problem is that I can't talk myself like when I try to convince people to don't do something it's hard and it's actually good to always understand people at all times because some people might have a new why of talking which opens my mind to more and more sights that I couldn't see before it's almost a new learning experience for every new person that I meet that thinks waay different than othere people Having general knowledge on how people think can help you value people that are underrated by everyone like one of my friends is a neat person who is smart but lazy My opinion close that book you're reading psychology from and start living life and enjoy things that you enjoy don't think too hard if you disagree with me. you can discuss it with me (If my grammar is bad srry iam too tired to write like normal people)
damm today's question is kinda personal to me as someone who really struggles to interact with people 100% understanding them would be... i don't even know how to say it... beautiful? that'll do. Anyway i'm a really empathic person but being socially awkward prohibites me from helping people I care about, if i ever get such an ability you bet i'm becoming everyone's free therapist, now on the controversial part how do I deal with all the drama that i would inevitably encounter? I honestly would just be happy that i'd be making people happy there is of course the chance that i'd end up crazy or nihilistic but that's a risk that i myself would be willing to take, though i get why someone else might be against the idea and i don't blame them
I know I sound like a broken record at this point but... I don't understand why you keep saying the magician class is stupid :D Imagine the same build you just had, but instead of the tornado being centered on your character you move it with your mouse, as fast as your mouse moves. Of course the tornado is a bit smaller but who cares, it hits even faster.
Hey i dont know how hardcore you are but you should try to beat the game with starting wand and abilities nothing else But i guess that when you unlock the other characters or maybe now And about the viewers maybe speed up the long fights
You could say Insight comes naturally when you open your mind to have a sense of the human behaviour. Everyone's behaviour to their surroundings are different, which then effects the sense you get from them. knowing all about someone from just a brief encounter could never work as that person in the environment your in would have change their behaviour. to what they are normally like.. Human emotion / relationship / environment /even others insight changes the insight you get from all surrounding effects. Weird aye. I suppose that's why they have the couch for you to lay on when you get a head shrink. Stay Safe. TF
I just a little bit confused how i open the video after chosing what to do at university (psycology)and my dear Sifd talk about psycology, world said you chose right to me 😂😂😂
If you practice psychology properly, while keeping up your physical, emotional and mental healthy, it can be a fantastic experience and you can stay mentally consistent
Responding to your question: You're trying to assign an objective value to the idea of enlightenment. "Good" or "bad" idea? It's up to each individual how much they need to understand the human condition. Now, there's a certain amount of responsibility each person has, like everyone is responsible for their own emotions. But, we also need to be social, or we will succumb to negative thoughts eventually. It's up to you how much you feel the need to understand others, but you should at the very least understand your self. Separate from your thoughts. Separate from your emotions. Separate from your body. Your self, and what you need. Understand your own needs, and the needs of others begin to make more sense.
so basically you're asking how the perspective of a person with higher intelligence to the point that all other humans are basically like children.. I'd say it'd be a very lonely life
You totally misunderstand stoics, as most people do. It's not that nothing matters, it's about accepting the inevitable and insted of crying about it, working with it to get the best outcome that's still possible. It's about being the best person you can be, even in the worst circumstances. And about not letting the state of the world or your body dictate how and what you think. Everything still has the same value, no stoic wants to die for example. Not more than you. But if it comes to it, he will try to make the best out of it regardless. As in the story about Seneca you surely heard. And there are lots of different schools, it has evolved a shitton since back then. Honestly, that stuff helped me a lot to be a better person and live a happier life. Always worth a look, you may get surprised.
The ability to understand humans ... yes. But, generally when people ask these questions they are also asking the cultural question, failing to realise the minority of their own culture from a global sense, i.e. human thought is different from the "thoughts of the people who look like me." The other-thing I'll meantion, Studied Philosophy to a BA(HUM) level. Once you combine the study of people with Philosophic thought : everyone likes to be happy, so if you aint happy your doing it wrong.
LIGHITINGING DASHSHHSHSHSHSHHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT EVEN A LATE GAME BUILD I JUST DID IT AGAIN ITS INSANE PLEASE

Hello Sifd. Thank you for playing Magicraft. This game is amazing. Much love to you 😘

Have you tried a orbiting butterfly spell with chain lighting
If u actually put the book together with the laser into the wand, that activates for every spell u use, it goes hella crazy too. u can even play another full spell wand, since the books are activating remotely

Orbit builds are surprisingly fun especially with multi-split
I think( I don't know about it) you should try the book pop combo with a wand that says when the spell hits and not when the spell is cast
Euclid.
Socrates.
Aristotle.
Plato.
Archimedes.
Hippocrates.
SIFD.
Stoicism =\= cynicism
Stoicism isnt the absence of feelings, its the temperance
I think what you're describing is emotional intelligence. There should be four parts about emotional intelligence that you can work on as a skill overall, which is helpful in general.
Self-awareness:
The ability to recognize and understand your own emotions, strengths, and weaknesses.
Self-management:
The ability to control and manage yourself and your emotions, inner resources, and abilities.
Social awareness:
The ability to handle and influence other people's emotions effectively.
Relationship management:
The ability to use your awareness of others' emotions as well as your own, in order to manage your relationships effectively.
Sifd you should totally try grimoires with lightning dash and that tracker mouse!! (grimoires will be invincible for a short period of time w/ ability to aim them) The build is so broken and so fun if you get it right, you can even AFK the last boss, its totally worth it.
25:25 sifd, you have lightning dash.. just dash across😂
You could have made the books summon more books, that shoot spells for even more boomerangs.
Post-nihilism is what I call it but not 100% sure people agree on that
I will split the question into two answers for clarification:
Learning Psychology is learning observations that have been made about the human psyche, human behaviour and the various influencing factors surrounding it.
An example would be:
If I spill water on the carpet, then the carpet is wet.
We establish a statement like that
and then we make a claim like:
I've spilled water in the carpet.
so we _know_ the carpet is wet because of the established true statement we had before.
However! If instead our statement was:
The carpet is wet.
Otherwise it is easy to think that life is ultimately pointless, as king Solomon points out in Ecclesiastes 1:1-4
"These are the words of the Teacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem:
2 “Futility of futilities,”
says the Teacher,
“futility of futilities!
Everything is futile!”
3 What does a man gain from all his labor,
at which he toils under the sun?
4 Generations come and generations go,
but the earth remains forever. " "
1:17-18 "So I set my mind to know wisdom and madness and folly; I learned that this, too, is a pursuit of the wind.
18 For with much wisdom comes much sorrow,
and as knowledge grows, grief increases."
and chapter 12 verse 13-14
"When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is this: Fear God and keep His commandments, because this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, along with every hidden thing, whether good or evil."
In any corporate environment knowing basic human psychology is the best way to be able to climb the rank < life tip
Keep up the great work
the sword with when on hit or standing still wand might be busted with how fast it cast, and its also free spell without mana use right??
plus extra slot spell you can make a really busted run ..
hope to see that in action ..
I'm not a psychologist but i did learn a few things about our psychy and for me it makes me sad that we are easy to manipulate and often probably won't do / react the way we think we would in certain situations
im going to try and help the pronunciation as well..
Bouquet is Boo - Kay, there is no T.. the T is silent

You chose to not take -10% damage curse. But you have +10% damage per curse so it depends on the way it works it would cancel eachother out and get a free chest or maybe -3 procent because 90×1,3= 117 instead of 100×1,2=120
you would probably really like Balatro :)
In my hubris I believe I have a good understanding of humans. It does help me in my day to day but the knowledge of understanding humans can be elating, depressing and terrifying.
Humans are animals with superior pattern recognition abilities. We are mostly selfish, very tribal, and quick to violence. Most of our history has been filled with horror, bloodshed, and war…
All that being said humans can also be extremely generous, self sacrificing, and loving.

Lol i just thought maybe sifd has uploaded already seems im here first
you can use the expansion stone on the mana wand and put mana and man regen skills there where tha damage penalty won't even matter
9:40 sometimes I wonder what is going on inside they’re head.
pyschology is the blind leading the blind, even the best of them are dealing with a short deck. with knowledge, understand, and wisdom of the human condition you should want to focus to sharing it ,and helping others to obtain the same, so that everyone is better.
Could he have crashed and reopened to fix the run at the end?
When the card actually appears at the top right 🙏
49:50 de he really do that😵
Human psychology is a synonym for economy.
"Be excellent to each other." 🎉

I would become a iron fist in a velvet glove world emperor. You will all have peace and education and flying cars. Straight climb to and grasp of all the worlds resources by any means
I wonder if books can summon books of their own
They at least used to. But the new book will have less mana regen than the book that summoned it.
Sifd on the whole mind topic and understanding it and all i think that understanding people’s urges and maybe motivation for stuff is good maybe so that i can predict what someone will do i also think that are mind is so complex that maybe its dumb to try to figure it out like for me i play for my band im like rank 18th in highschool band on euphonium and i think i would love to learn why and how music developed from are conscious and or why we like certain sounds how we decided on notation all that and how music would sound if some small circumstances were different how it would change i also want to understand why my mind decided to really want to gloat about how i placed in band like it was adamant on sharing this info i think its because im proud of myself as a sophomore put all the hours in and it paying off but why did i
the energy thing wants the battery because it doesn't do damage.
A watergun that shoots poisonous butterflies, this build that is missing from the game
@45:00 sifd sings the metroid fusion song
To be fairly honest, understanding humans seems a ted bad for your own sake, understanding why things get "created" or why you probably feel certain things (And double bluffing yourself all the time) is enmaddening.
Understanding the reason for there to be religions, or why you exist, how the mind works (Scientists are still trying to understand it 100% and they haven't), it just makes you either numb to it all, completely insane, or makes you believe in something you normally wouldn't, and that's simply because there always is a method to the madness.
Obviously, as I should say, time "is" infinite (It's constantly "growing", it's a concept), and, in a infinite amount of time, any process is reversible with 100% energy efficiency, you still lose heat to the ambient, but it just comes back to you in the infinite time, which would make a "Time reversal" possible when the universe "ends" since that time is actually infinite, meaning we'd be jn a infinite loop that may be subject to the theory of chaos, meaning that each loop happens differently, but you'd be possibly a person 1000 universe loops ago, it's weird, it's crazy, but the science just about checks out if i'm not mistaken
the super stand still wand with 1 stone = boss kill
(yeah the meme material)
The human mind is so complex that you can't know how some individual's mind works even with a lot of practice.
Can you please do a n all curse build. Please for Greek🎉🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🏛️
😂😂😂
So your saying if you knew how people thought and was able to use it to you benefit like manipulation should you use it. I say yes but only if it don't hurt the person used on
Somebody tell him that you can use expansion stone on the mana storage wand
as far as understanding humans goes im already at a point that i dont need to know more to interact with people in a way that benefits me, which is the only reason i can fathom somebody would want to understand why people act the way they do
i cant imagine someone would want to learn more about people just so they can act the same way
that being said ive already reached the level of human understanding that i want, more understanding wouldnt hurt but it wouldnt be particularly helpful either, for example i dont want to do one chore so i do a different chore instead and use what ive done as an excuse to make someone else do the chore i didnt want to do, but sometimes ill take the harder chore so that people wont be on my case about always doing the easy stuff
again the only real reason to learn more about humans and they way they tick is to manipulate them, and if you do attain true understand of the human psyche your interactions would be more like a dating sim than actual socialization, so i dont think its a good idea, its a wings of icarus type deal
Btw found no troll blood at all :/
Slurppppp☕Ah good content

I have the ability to adjust my personality and communicate ways to get along with pretty much everyone... Form of manipulation ☺
If you could know the exact time and date of your death would you want to know?
My response to you is that I sorta do that and I understand how people around me think and I can predict their next action but my problem is that I can't talk myself like when I try to convince people to don't do something it's hard and it's actually good to always understand people at all times because some people might have a new why of talking which opens my mind to more and more sights that I couldn't see before it's almost a new learning experience for every new person that I meet that thinks waay different than othere people
Having general knowledge on how people think can help you value people that are underrated by everyone like one of my friends is a neat person who is smart but lazy
My opinion close that book you're reading psychology from and start living life and enjoy things that you enjoy don't think too hard
if you disagree with me. you can discuss it with me
(If my grammar is bad srry iam too tired to write like normal people)
heyy please do a butterfly run and curses run plss
Bouquet, 💐 pronounced "boo Kay" in MERICA!
And it's pronounced "we surrender" in french
Nice.
Sifd = not human😮
damm today's question is kinda personal to me as someone who really struggles to interact with people 100% understanding them would be... i don't even know how to say it... beautiful?
Hey i dont know how hardcore you are but you should try to beat the game with starting wand and abilities nothing else
But i guess that when you unlock the other characters or maybe now
And about the viewers maybe speed up the long fights
You could say Insight comes naturally when you open your mind to have a sense of the human behaviour. Everyone's behaviour to their surroundings are different, which then effects the sense you get from them. knowing all about someone from just a brief encounter could never work as that person in the environment your in would have change their behaviour. to what they are normally like.. Human emotion / relationship / environment /even others insight changes the insight you get from all surrounding effects. Weird aye. I suppose that's why they have the couch for you to lay on when you get a head shrink. Stay Safe. TF
Sifd sometime your channel icon glitch out and it turn into black Sifd
I just a little bit confused how i open the video after chosing what to do at university (psycology)and my dear Sifd talk about psycology, world said you chose right to me 😂😂😂
If you practice psychology properly, while keeping up your physical, emotional and mental healthy, it can be a fantastic experience and you can stay mentally consistent
HI SIFD :D
As an autistic, im already trying to think of human actions in a more logical and technical point of view (Although failing).
I would take thag gift.
The ability to understand humans ... yes. But, generally when people ask these questions they are also asking the cultural question, failing to realise the minority of their own culture from a global sense, i.e. human thought is different from the "thoughts of the people who look like me."
The other-thing I'll meantion, Studied Philosophy to a BA(HUM) level. Once you combine the study of people with Philosophic thought : everyone likes to be happy, so if you aint happy your doing it wrong.
sifd remainds me of ''Classroom of the Elite''
