I’m curious what type of synthetic line that was that broke? What was the weight rating on that winch/line? That’s why I like steel line I am using synthetic line now watching this make me not confident about my synthetic line on my bronco raptor
It was the factory warn line that came with the winch. The cable was originally not stretched properly by the owner of the Bronco before the first use.

Always use a cable damper on your winch! At the worst, it's not needed, at the least it saves you some bad dents or broken windows, at the best it saves your life.
