    I recommend getting a running belt for your phone. You'll barely notice it. It'll also help you feel lighter, faster, and balanced as you won't have to hold a weight in your hand!

    Amelie! Popping on here to say that I went from barely able to run a mile without stopping to recently being able to run 5k without stopping! Your tips in your last running video helped tremendously and as always, you're such an inspiration ❤

    Amelie, I found your channel a few months ago, I believe early June, and you got me into running! I went from having trouble running for only 3 minutes to be able to run 60min, 5miles, without stopping as of today!

    Interesting point you made about running fasted as I'm the complete opposite. On my long runs I make sure to run slow enough to burn fat instead of carbs, so I prefer to do those fasted, feeling like it helps to prime my body for it. I actually ran my first half marathon fasted and it went ok (2h ish), although it could make a difference that I've been doing intermittent fasting for years. On my interval and threshold runs I make sure to have some quick energy available to make the most of the higher effort runs. Also, I saw that you prefer to run before your strength workouts, something that absolutely kills my strength, I guess we're all different, hey? Good luck with your 13.1, it's quite the experience, enjoy it!

    Oh man…a 10 min mile
    would be awesome…I’m only at 14-15 min mile pace…I can run about 5 easy right now… but I’m slow. Loving running. Will be watching for more inspi!!!!

    I just started working out and eating better you are so motivating! I just got back from vacation I tried to eat fruit and stuff instead of the snacks my family was eating but it’s hard to eat what my family eats because it’s usually not healthy and stuff any tips ?

    I'm training for a 10k and live in Arkansas where the temperature will be about 104. It's 5:34 a.m. and I'm putting shoes on for a tempo run.
