ingredients
Hot water 125 ml
Warm milk 125 ml
Sugar 2 tablespoons
dry yeast 8 g
2 eggs, separate 1 yolk
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Melted butter 40 g
Wheat flour 550-500 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pilou Raisin 150 grams
Mix 1 egg yolk + 2 spoons of milk. Apply on the dough
Garnish with sesame seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 34-40 minutes
