Stupify, 10,000 Fists, Stricken and Indestructible all fantastic songs + many more.
Glad you named all the radio hits...their best stuff has never been played on air.
@garywycuff1948 lol OC's comment really got to you. It's called an opinion. I love most of their songs, but I'd take Stricken, The Game, and Sons of Plunder over almost any other despite having heard them all on the radio.
Need to listen to uncensored version. Missed out on some powerful stuff
Yep, a kick ass song…they also do a cover of “The Sound of Silence” from Simon/Garfunkel that I believe you’ve already reacted to.
IMO one of the best covers of all time
hes done that one, a few times
Yes he already did, The video and on Conan show
Oh he did do it. Gotta find it. Love their version of that song.
Love this song. It’s hypnotic
That’s a beautiful video when he does the speech. Should check it out
The light
I love this song! First time i heard it too
Ooooo that top left video is amazing
Yeah the uncensored would probably take u to a whole other perspective on this song. What they cut out is pretty disturbing 😊
@desireezachry8086 it does sound disturbing until you realize "Mommy" is a metaphor and not literally a message tom his mom.
Yes but saw it on another podcast show 2 yrs ago...they played the whole thing i believe...
I was actually at the filming of this video. Front center like 8 row. It was in Chicago, and they played it like 4 times in a roll because they were filming. If you didn't know that this band is from Chicago and that's why they wanted to film it there.
That's so awesome ❤🤘🏼
Dude, what a show to be at!!! ❤
That is so cool! I was in the audience during the filming of The Other Side by Aerosmith. That was in 1991.
David Draiman is the lead singer and he is from Brooklyn NY
I've been listening to Disturbed since the 90s but they are as great today as they were then!
There are so many songs from them that are amazing.
You should have done the uncensored version, this version cuts out a whole verse that’s a metaphor for the mother mainstream culture and how they treat outcasts and minorities
I believe it’s a metaphor for life in general not the mother
IMO it may have turned him away from the band lol
So many people misinterpret that section and don't want to give them another shot.
It's like putting A Little Piece of Heaven in front of someone before any other A7X song.
Honestly I love disturbed but I always skipped to the next track at that bit
@@dadsteps no mommy, don't do it again!
@@BrandonWestfallpoor elizabeth lol
David's range is amazing you should check out some of their covers everyone does sound of silence but ISHFWILF(u2 cover), shout 2000 (tears for fears cover) and land of confusion (genesis) are all worth checking out. original stuff you should check out 10,000 fists
BP, I recommend you watch the official music video for "Land of Confusion" by Genesis, and then follow up with the official music video for the Disturbed cover of the same song.
Excellent recommendations. I love both versions!
You gotta do Prayer by Disturbed next. It’s so good and one of their top songs!
The lead singer is actually a classically trained opera singer and he can do amazing things with his voice
No, he's a trained Jewish Cantor. Meant to sing in worship.. He could do opera, that's for sure.
I'll be one of those oddballs and say I'm glad you didn't do the full version. I know he's probably speaking metaphorically in that verse about "mother," but as someone who grew up with a mother who was sick and didn't always make the right decisions which affected my mental health, it's (pardon the pun) disturbing to listen to. I avoid the full version. Great reaction. I suggest reacting to Disturbed's covers of Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence," and Genesis's "Land of Confusion" if you have not done so already.
The uncensored version is crazier.... This is the radio edit. Stupefy is another banger. Into the Fire is great, but deep and with a heavy message. 10,000 Fists, Indestructable, and Prayer will get you through a workout.
This isn't the right version to react to
Watch a fellow reactor, The Charismatic Voice. Elizabeth does a vocal distortion analysis video, where they do mri, laperoscopy etc on the lead singer from Lorna Shore. Itll show you how these guys do their distortions, and actually that they do it in a healthy way. Its amazing to watch, and very interesting.
th-cam.com/video/JkBV8GoPWXY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_ewIRBqPmxMXoPK7
I second that! The whole thing was so interesting. And the friendship that came from it is awesome!
@@MommaOsoIrish67 wasn't it?! They're bith so cool. I can't wait for the further research they're doing.
@@ArtbyKaitlin They give me sibling bestie vibes. Big sister opera singer, and little brother death core, showing each other videos, etc! Both awesome, and her hubby jumping in on the pranks just shows how great they all get along!
You should really listen to the uncensored version of this. It’s a whole different vibe and it is absolutely amazing and Disturb-ing. He makes you feel every word of his speech
Please do some Godsmack Alive, Awake, I Stand Alone or Whatever. Keep Up The Good Work
And Voodoo, please!

David Draimans' voice is absolutely incredible 🔥 🔥 🔥
From this to beautiful "Sounds of Silence"...amazing talent!
Check out Indestructible and Stricken--both great songs. Indestructible is played by troops heading into battle in The Middle East, according to a friend of mine who served there…
And of course it's the censored version... Can people start specifying to do the full song when they make requests?
BP doesn't take requests. He just picks what he wants to listen to.
@@candacemay7187He definitely takes requests from his comments. Has started multiple times that he does
@@candacemay7187he just doesn't do commissions
@@TheDopekitty Thank you!
Mother's Finest - Baby Love !!!!
Talking Heads - Once in a Lifetime !!!!
The Clash - The Guns of Brixton !!!!
Ted Nugent - Writing on the Wall !!!!
The Knife - Silent Shout !!!!
As much as I love this song there's better songs from Disturbed.
Inside the Fire would be a solid pick.
Now lets get some more Tool reactions
How about "Land of Confusion" by Genesis and then covered by Disturbed. Check out official music video from both.
This music was part of the OST of Queen of the Damned, a movie based on a book writen by Anne Rice (part of the series of books of the Interview with the vampire book/movie).
Black Pegasus, please, please 🙏, please check out Disturbed’s version of Genesis’s “Land of Confusion” cover.
I hope you enjoy it; it’s fantastic!
Glad I read the comments before watching. Not gonna waste time with censored version.
love Disturbed! and to think u listened to the pg 13 version. Plse to them a solid and listen to the full version. Its disturbing to say the least.
I think is the use your false chords that are in your lower point of throat upper chest. Like hocking up loogie for lack of better words.😂😂 no clue. But think it is false chords
Shame everyone always uses the censored version.
Also, if you want a phenomenal song from them for working out... Indestructible. You want a hype song, its the best ever made.
This song was also used in the movie Dawn of the Dead
The Conan O'Brien live performance of Disturbed doing Sound of Silence is a must review
I think he did it
David Dreyman is AMAZING! Check out "Sound of Silence", it will show his vocal ranges
this is the worst music video the whole solo is out of it
Please do a reaction to SEVENDUST. You won't be disappointed.
No More Mr. Nice Guy, Alice Cooper, 1973, from the Billion Dollar Babies album.
Love Disturbed! 😍
Please react to "Stricken" and "Inside the Fire"... 🙏
You want a positive Disturbed song? Listen to The Light! and indestructible!
Do the uncensored version
Also. As a rapper, check out Liberate
Ten thousand fists would be my favorite disturbed song
This video cut out the most "Disturbing"part😮
Absolutely should listen to the live, uncut version. Then you can see the darkness he was talking about!
Great song - "Indestructible" is even better.
The Light and Stricken are great songs by them.
He does a song about memories that's really good too.
Droppin plates is wild
My nephew got me into Disturbed awhile back. My favorite songs of theirs is 10,000 Fists, Stricken, and their cover of Genesis' Land of Confusion
Speaking of a great song for your jujitsu practice - check out Indestructible! It's FIRE.
Yeah kid
Check out
Parkway Drive- Wishing Wells
One of my Faves by Disturbed!!! David Dreyman ROCKS!!!
BP. David's vocal training came from being a Jewish Cantor. If you checkout Stupify, you will actually hear it.
There are some interesting mashup / cover versions you might like. You might want to check out:
"Down With The Blank Space"- RezaMusic
"So What'cha Want With The Sickness" - Doug F
"The Next Sickness" - DJ Cummerbund
"Disturbed - Down With The Sickness in 20 Styles" - Ten Second Songs (Anthony Vincent)
Now please do DISTURBED'S STUPIFY
Cool fact about Disturbed is their members are all of different religions. Christian, Jewish, Pagan, Agnostic.
YES! Go down the Disturbed rabbit hole!!!
The Game is my favorite but Disturbed bangs❤🤟🤟
Ok now we are talking. You MUST listen to his rendition of The Sound of Silence. You will hear a WHOLE DIFFERENT sound to his voice. This man is an AMAZING vocalist. Also The Light, such a powerful song. This two are a must hear.
Hells yeah... Dope reaction wodie.... Song is mos'def a gym workout track to play to get u over into the next stage ya Figga'Dealz me ✌️🤘
Now do the “Richard Cheese” version. Awesome difference.
I don't know if you pay attention to the TH-cam comments, but KITTY's rendition of Pink Floyd's, "Run like hell" is bad ass. Please react.
Disturbed truly captured something special w/ their 2000 debut album 'The Sickness'... not 1 bad track on the record - 'Stupify' ... 'Voices' ... 'The Game' ... 'Violence fetish'... 'Want'... 'Shout 2000' (a cover of 'Shout' by Tears for Fears)
I put 'The Sickness' by Disturbed as one of the best debut albums by a band, along w/ debut metal/ rock albums by:
'Led Zeppelin' by Led Zeppelin... 'Black Sabbath' by Black Sabbath ... 'Van Halen' by Van Halen ... "Kill 'em all" by Metallica ... 'Appetite for destruction' by Guns N' Roses... 'Skid Row' by Skid Row... 'Look what the cat dragged in' by Poison ... 'Ten' by Pearl Jam... 'Core' by Stone Temple Pilots ... 'Holy Diver' by Dio ... 'Iron Maiden' by Iron Maiden... 'KoRn' by KoRn ... 'Burn my eyes' by Machine Head ... 'Scream bloody gore' by Death ... 'Definitely maybe' by Oasis... 'Facelift' by Alice in Chains ... 'Audioslave' by Audioslave ... 'Stick it to ya' by Slaughter ... 'Deicide' by Deicide... 'Altars of madness' by Morbid Angel ... 'Wisconsin death trip' by Static-X... 'Slipknot' by Slipknot... 'System of a Down' by System of a Down ... 'Pretty hate machine' by Nine Inch Nails ... 'Portrait of an American family' by Marilyn Manson... 'Hellbilly deluxe' by Rob Zombie ... 'Blizzard of Ozz' by Ozzy Osbourne ... 'Hybrid Theory' by Linkin Park ... 'Scum' by Napalm Death... etc. etc.
I suggest: *Trapt* - _Headstrong_ (acoustic version is not blocked in the US)
*3 Days Grace* - _I Hate Everything About You_
*3 Doors Down* - _Not My Time_
For many of us The Album "The Sickness" was our first introduction to Disturbed, then years later when David did "The Sound of Silence" (Which you've reacted to) how different the sound was...
Disturbed is one of my favorite bands!!! Amazing base and vocals. Love the line " you mutha get up come on get down with the sickness, you fucka get up come on get down with the sickness..." Basically saying "ok mutha fucka let's roll." Totally pumps me up for workouts. Do Stupify next!!!!!
I saw Disturbed for the first time in 2001. Amazing live! He has classical training. Most people are shocked by that. I can't remember if you've done it or not...Disturbed does the best cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence." Brilliant.
Don't know where to put this so, please check out Korn's music for The Queen of the Damned sound track....
If you haven’t already done so, please check out Bodies by Drowning Pool
Ugh. Sorry my man. You did the wrong version. There is a longer, uncensored version. And it is MIND blowing. You aren't alone though. SO many reactors do the censored version. It's always a special treat, when it's the full version. I was hoping you'd do it. It doesn't make you awful, though. LOL.
Best zombie movie song ever along with Johnny Cash-when the man comes around. Both from the Dawn of the Dead remake 2004. Brilliant film.
Okay. So unless you’ve already reacted to it…. Try “Bodies” by Drowning Pool, THEN you must add the Umbrella Cockatoo cover of that song because… it’s a moral imperative.
Disturbed - The Vengeful One // I highly recomend to listen and especially watch a music video🤐
Anyone a South Park fan.... "What does a dying Giraffe sound like?"
Brother Pegasus...these guys have a more recent song that goes along with the 2020 ish...you would dig the messaging and its a good rock song "The Vengeful One" ...visually stunning and since it was released in 2015...prophetic, IMHO
You Must do a reaction to The Sound of Silence by this band. It's a cover. I resisted listening to it for 2 years because I love the original by Simon and Garfunkle so much. Totally different song from the original just with voice tones. Dont know about dad rock but it's for sure hell raising great grandma rock. Lol. Not.
ALWAYS GO WITH THE UNCUT VERSION!! Go back and listen to the album version. It’s about an abused boy, who dreams of getting even with his mom. That “ooh wha…” he did in practice one day, and the band decided they had to put it in a song.
🖤💜🖤 David Draiman has a fantastic voice. Try their song "Hold On To The Memories". Also "A Reason To Fight" and "The Light" are also great.
I saw them at Sloss Furnace in Birmingham, AL along with Five Finger Death Punch over 15 years ago (not sure exactly when due to accident that caused brain damage) but you need to listen to the album version , it's rather disturbing at the end.
....i feel like you just sang the Richard cheese version in the beginning....
speaking of the dark side...
I have star wars parody lyrics for this "Down with the Darkness" And perform it as a conversation between Anakin/Vader and the Emperor....
Hello again gentlebeings, this is KCK-SIM, with the HoloMusicNet Top 10 Countdown. The next song packs a driving beat and sinister message brought to you by the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine when they jammed together in their house band, Disturbance
Disturbance - Down with the Darkness
Disturbed - Down with the Sickness
Can you feel that?
Ah, Pudu
Drowning deep in my sea of loathing
Broken your servant I kneel
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems what's left of my human side
Is slowly changing in me
(Will you give in to me?)
Looking at my own reflection
When suddenly it changes
Violently it changes (oh no)
There is no turning back now
You've woken up the Dark Side in me
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Open up your hate, and let it flow into me
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Your Mother gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Your Master gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Madness is the gift, that has been given to me
I can see inside you, the Darkness is rising
Don't try to deny what you feel
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems that all that was good has died
And is decaying in me
(Will you give in to me?)
It seems you're having some trouble
In dealing with these changes
Living with these changes (oh no)
The Force is a scary place
Now that you've woken up the Dark Side in me
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Open up your hate, and let it flow into me
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Your Mother gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Your Master gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Madness is the gift, that has been given to me
(And when I dream)
(And when I dream)
(And when I dream)
(And when I dream)
No Watto, don't do it again
Don't do it again
I'll be a good boy
I'll be a good boy, I promise
No Watto don't hit me
Why did you have to hit me like that, Watto?
Don't do it, you're hurting me
Why did you have to hold me back Mace
Why don't you,
Why don't you just kark off and die
Why can't you just kark off and die
Why can't you just leave here and die
Never stick your hand in my face again Mace
KARK YOU
I don't need this pudu
You stupid sadistic abusive karking Jedi
How would you like to see how it feels Mace
Here it comes, get ready to die
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Open up your hate, and let it flow into me
Get up, come on get down with the Darkness
Your Mother gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Your Master gave up come on get down with the Darkness
Madness has now come over me
If you can handle it, you should find the Bill McClintock mashup of this song with Macarena. Its next level. Thanks!
Disturbed's official youtube channel "thumbs up-ed" Violet Orlandi and Ai Mori's cover of this. They did the unabridged version. No wonder Disturbed liked it because the girls slew it.
What’s Disturbed ? The captions “Is music”
I love Disturbed; love his voice. Please know he is also a.. cantor? He's a singer in his temple. Sings the services. He's got SO MUCH CONTROL over that voice. As strong as his voice is I wouldn't mind hearing a religious piece but it's a sermon not a song as it were. Dad rock? I'm a 65 year old woman. And I love friend chicken and watermelon by the way! attended a previously all black college and I swear they fed that to us every day. I asked if they did not feel it was racist for them to be fed fried chicken and watermelon every day and they said....."fried chicken and watermelon? what's wrong with that??? I shut up my uknowlegeable mouth and ate alongside them. Not a damn thing. Feeling outrage for others who don't feel it? Pointless. TBH I didn't really mind it either. Thanks again for another great song!
Stricken, The Game, and Sons of Plunder if I were to recommend any others!
Just wait until you hear their "Inside the Fire". And their cover of "The Sound of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel is insanely powerful.
Sorry BP but this is the only music 🎼 I don’t care for. All other genres are good but not this one. They literally kill the music. But I gave you a like anyway. lol. 😝
If you like the back and forth with your demons. Check out REN , HI REN!
Is no coincidence. No coincidence the devil horn hand sign is huge in rock n roll & rap. Throwin it out there. See it don't believe or see it believe. Lucifer, Creator's most beautiful Angel was HUGELY musically inclined. Angels would gather'round just mesmerized as they listened. Supposedly thee best ever to exist. Now he's prince of the air. Should be no doubt in any of us he's behind this music..him and his demons force.👀

You really need to get some Collective Soul up in here. Its crazy that they arent in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Shine, Heavy, December, The World I Know. Lots of songs to choose from.
Now I need to go listen to disturbed. I love them. Their older stuff. Prayer, Believe, Liberate, Darkness…so many good songs. The light gets me every time
Look up some biographical info on David Draiman. He's a real life Jazz Singer.
The long version is Disturbing for sure. I interpreted it that it’s about child abuse, but idk. Check out the Best Cover Ever, “ The Sound of Silence “ ! Live on Conan ! Then, check out the official video too ! David has a Beautifully Trained Voice ! 😉🤗👏👍✊🤙
I would recommend reacting to “The Vengeful One” by Disturbed. Was extremely relevant when it was released and, unfortunately, even more relevant today. I would also love to see you react to “The Sin & The Sentence” by Trivium whose lead singer, Matt Heafy, is a BJJ black belt
You have to go back and cover their live performance of this song at AM RING? I think a festival in Germany 90's I'm thinking?
