    Something rather concerning:
    - Entrepreneur: "Completely honest, full disclosure, we have raised a round of investment."
    - Dragon: "So how much did you raise?"
    - Entrepreneur: "155,000."
    - Dragon: "At a 2 million valuation, or thereabout?"
    - Entrepreneur: "So, yes, thereabout, yes."
    - Dragon: "Can I just check, you said thereabout, what was the exact valuation?"
    - Entrepreneur: "The exact valuation was 1.1 million pounds."
So just to be clear... you knowingly implied the valuation of your raise to be almost double what it actually was. This isn't a business you're discussing where valuations are in the hundreds or even tens of millions. It's not like you confused the difference between a 43 million dollar valuation and a 42 million dollar valuation. You implied 2 million (or thereabout) when the number was 1.1 million. The gap there is very disingenuous and extreme.
When asked about it, the entrepreneur answers:
"Well I know how it goes. We're going to negotiate............"
Oh-! Is that so? Excellent, so you understand the game of 'I go high, you go low' ... that's fine. But that's when it comes to negotiating. That is not valid when it comes to answering a question about a very specific money raise. There is a right and wrong answer to that. If you raise the value at 1.1 million, and you say you raised it at 2 million, the only thing people can assume is that you mislead them so that they would feel 2 million is a fairer starting point.
    "Completely honest, full disclosure." Heh.

    • @j6873

There are actual differences in either the ingredients or concentration of some ingredients. Well white skin care products are already broken into oily/dry/aged etc. so that would be a big step back to basics.

current skin care is already catered to white skin so there's no gap in the market there.

It's catered to skin. Not white or black. A formula doesn't work differently on different skin colours. It's a good marketing angle for them though@@64batsalex
