Eddie is a good coach but when coach ego supersedes honesty it filters down to players... Best sport teams that reach ultimate achievements is about consistent honesty from head coach...

Not true sadly. The common denominator amongst the best sports teams that reach ultimate achievements is technical, tactical and physical prowess. Nothing to do with honesty.
