For me getting the epidural I swear I didn’t feel anything. The pain I felt while having contractions was so much worse than anything in the world. I legit willed everything in body not to move cuz I could not go through hours of that pain. I did have back labour and was induced and it was just intense from the get go.

Most importantly, when pushing… RELAX YOUR JAW!
Don’t clench, try to slightly open your mouth and relax your jaw as it makes pushing much easier.
