More summa f1612 issues and a 3000 square feet mess

We are still having major problems with the summa f1612 flatbed cutter. The sad thing is I think cutting some ACM is what caused the problem. I'm still looking into the issues, but we've been able to limp along, it's just super frustrating. We also made great progress on getting the print shop more organized. Hopefully next week we can get it more situated. It's a mess

Take a vacuum or air compressor to it and clear the debris. Maybe that will help.

i didnt know anyone used those beam things.
your vacuum brush shouldnt touch the material. it should hover an 1/8" above the material to extraxt all debri but not scratch the surface. adjust it with the spring loaded crank thing nexr to it.
good luck. and take those beams off.

Can you go into service and disable the beams? I have the older style and we have the safety beams turned off.

I have the exact same problem that happens with my summa. I got it working again but if it happens again I will be getting summa on the phone to fix it. I will let you know if that happens and what Summa says. And I don't use my router. So your idea of the shards might not be it.
