Its cool to see the evolution of your business through these videos. You should create a video that tells us what got you in to the business and talks about some of the major events that caused your business to grow to the point it is now. Thanks, and keep creating!

That's a great idea. Added to the video list.

Hmmmm, That is pretty slick, I had no idea you could do that. CNC cutting is by far the most profitable part of my shop.

it is for sure. especially if you are just cutting and sending out.

I can see that. I don't like the mess it makes. I'd rather do other things if I can.

@@ttms with a good dust collection it works better, but those little plastic pieces are static bombs lol

Very cool. Highly profitable too. Too bad it’s hard to get repeat business for things like that. But nice to add it to the arsenal.

Does the summa cut vinyl with laminate already mounted to the max metal cleanly? We want to be able to print multiple signs and pre mount to maxmetal then cut with the suma, just curious is it cuts out cleanly or if you need to shave down the edges to get a clean look?

What speed and size bit are you using? Weve been using the 4mm and 2 or 3 passes. They've been afraid to do one pass

How much did you pay for the summa?

Great video! I wish we could get ACM panels that cheap. I would like to see the edge finish. Did you have to knock down any raised edges? Do you know what the bit is? I have a 5x10 avid router set up. If I would set aside to to use the damn thing.

It's the bit that came with the machine, I'll try to find it out and post about it. I didn't knock them down, they looked and felt fine.
