- Let's experience the Ferrari 488 Pista! The Pista Piloti is the height of exclusivity, only being made available to Ferrari Challenge racing drivers and adds a special tailor made livery and option set to the track focused supercar. During the Festival of Speed, I jump into the Pista with James Pickford for a proper experience on the track!
The 488 Pista takes the Ferrari 488 GTB and dials it up. With dramatic weight savings, and an increase in power from the twin turbo V8 to 720hp, it's the track focused version of the road car. The Piloti comes in just 4 different colours with the pre configured option set featuring lots of carbon fibre, tricolore elements and with only a small number available. To purchase one of the cars that celebrates the 2017 WEC success, one must be a racing driver with Ferrari, for example the Challenge series.

I couldn't do it, I just couldn't take one over a La Ferrari or Enzo, even if it is the superior drive. As for the F40.. I mean the F40 is one of the best Ferrari ever to grace tarmac imo. 😅
Why the hell would anyone take a Pista over a LaFerrari? Small turbo V8 vs. glorious naturally aspirated V12 that revs to 9000rpm with electric boost?

Hey SHMEE I’m sure you know by now that, that “old Mustang” IS the original Steve MCQueen BULLITT car from the movie that was lost for 40 years and recently resurfaced when Ford announced the new BULLITT Mustang reveal when Steves own grand daughter Molly McQueen revealed both cars at a press launch! Pretty special car! It deserves more than an offhand comment of “just an old Mustang”
