Fostex P1000K 4" DIY Full Range speakers Sound Demo
It's Greg here, and you may know me from Cube Audio and Qualio Audio.
This is a first in a series of full range driver sound demos.
For the next few weeks, I will try to upload daily over 20 video demos of small full-range drivers that we have in our warehouse.
The cabinets are small bass reflex ones, and I use them for all the tests of 3-4" full-range drivers.
After I upload 9 videos with different 4" drivers that we have, I'll upload one master one where all are compared in one video.
The setup here is:

i remember Kenrick Sound channel using once battery powered amp board for like $20, with their giant JBL -4 way boxes. with horn loaded tweeters. instead of McIntosh. the sound was spectacular ...

Thank you. Indeed I totally agree. I had many small 10-200$ amps and they were very often very good. The most recent that I do really like and I belive is truly amazing is Ayimia AO7. they sound Dynamic . very impressive for their small size. goes to show that size doesn't matter (in some cases) 😄. but i still prefer the QUALIO IQ . not only sound Awesome. but they also look GREAT. they have a lot of presence in the room (in my eyes).
there's something that got me confused since i discovered your channel and speakers. my question is: are CUBE and QUALIO speakers one company ? or are they separate?, as they split into two manufacturers ?.. thank you for the great Demo.

I really like these videos and sound quality. Can you- just for fun- swap the amp to something like $100 Fosi Audio V3, so everyone can hear the true difference vs 30x costlier amps?

Very impressive. If a small 4 inch can do this what can a large one do? Would love to hear a big fullrange. 12" or bigger. Open baffle, sealed or horn. My speakers need to be able to handle party mode.

Indeed In nearfield even 4" fullrange can give amazing sound. Of course you will not rock a party with them but they can often be way more natural and have way better holography than commercial coule thousnd dollars speakers.
