I get so emotional every time I get through another work out. I always think how 4 years ago I could barely lift 10-15 pounds per arm and do proper lunges or squats. Now I can lift up to 20 pounds per arm(probably could do more but I need to invest in more dumbbells) and I mastered the squats and lunges. I'm so proud of myself because I came a long way. Proud of myself for losing all the weight after each pregnancy but most importantly i am proud for just getting stronger. I proved myself wrong. I never thought I could be athletic and strong but here I am😅❤ Goes to show what self discipline and consistency can do 💪
That’s the way to start a Friday morning! I’m getting personal here. For quite a while I have had to put powder under my butt cheeks because I would sweat there all the time. Reason you ask? Because my a** was being pulled down by gravity. Good news! My butt is back up and looking fly (if I don’t say so myself) and proud to say, no more powder needed! Thank you Sydney and to the rest of the squad for keeping me motivating and loving getting up early every morning!

When I saw the teaser on IG for this workout and Sydney said we where going to hate her for suggesting 5 reps of an exercise at the end I immediately thought it was going to be burpees! Boy was I surprised that it was only push-ups…that was easy! Getting stronger day by day! 💪🏼
19 days in today into STF - love your classes. And finally getting into The groove of working out. Today loved the music - kept me going when I really didn’t want to do a class. Last 8 sessions feel like I’ve got my flow & dedication to do this regularly. Feel totally on it - once I get started. Thank you Thank you. 💪 ❤
