Just got them as a replacement for my airpods great noise cancellation but as i use them when sleeping the slightest touch on them puts music on incliding some times when i dont touch them at all and there is no way to disable.
i will be returning and getting new airpods as that is a major flaw or falt

Thanks so much! I do have a question though. Would you know why my right earbud dies faster than the left? And very fast, I might add. Maybe 20 minutes after charging, and this is brand-new. Should I get this checked or am I doing something wrong?

The battery is defective in some way (either not fully charging, discharging prematurely, internal battery controller malfunctioning etc etc). Return asap 𝕱𝖗𝖆̈𝖚𝖑𝖊𝖎𝖓.
If you give it plenty of time to charge, fresh off a full charge they both show fully charged, and the same one repeatedly runs down, it’s a it problem, not a you problem. That being said both headphones need to make good contact with the little brass charging prongs for them to charge, and those contacts can get dirty, sometimes unevenly, so make sure you keep them clean. Use a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol or a little white distilled vinegar, do *NOT* use nail polish remover 💅🏾 😉

My earbuds buds one in my ear and one in case open still connected and when case close they disconnect

HELP, PLEASE, ANYONE. I have had two arguments with two different Bose techs about the difficulty, or even impossibility, of locating the serial number on the Ultra qc buds. The number is not on the bud stem. If it is printed on the inside of the hinged cover, then it is impossible to see it without a flexible camera. I’ve tried photoing with my iPhone, and I’ve turned the case in every angle I can to be able to see the print with naked eye. No success at all.
But the techs continue to be adamant that I’m not looking in the right place.
I’m going nuts, the buds whoosh when I place them in my ear, but no blue light responds when I press connect button on the case. White light, not blue and flashing yellow lights.

Is this QC ultra is better than AirPods Pro 2 & sony xm5? In terms of sound quality? Also that immersive audio thing how does it perform when compared to apple Spatial Audio?

I had a friend introduce me to these and that alone made me purchase them. I get mine tomorrow. You literally can hear anything! I feel like these are better than Apple pro . I’ve yet to check out the phone features but music wise I like them even that immersion mode is cool.

I have both and to me, the Bose QC Ultra’s have better noise cancellation along with some modes. The immersive audio feature is kind of hard to explain but what I can say is, it’s like having quality speakers in front of you, it’s pretty cool.
