Guys, whats shown here is just a solution that works for resolving ‘the given days’ issue. Be prepared to keep doing this over and over again, especially if you use Multi point controls frequently. Such a heavily sounding Earbuds, turned into Garbage by trivial yet SIGNIFICANT issues. 😢😢😢

None of these has worked for me. A phone call with a Bose tech support agent led her to believe that I had a defective pair as it would not connect to the Bose sound app. I sent them in and was supposed to receive a new replacement, but instead Bose sent back the same ones that I sent in. So frusterating. I know this has little to do with your video, but I wish that I had not bought this thing.

Thanks a lot for this video! I was unable to pair my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to my computer. No mater how long I hold down the pair button the case never showed the multicolor pairing mode lights. It wasn't until I reset the buds by following your instructions that I was able to get it to work again.
