Hello, I have a problem with my Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. I can't connect my headphones to the Bose Music application, the headphones don't appear in the application and so I can't adjust the settings on my headphones. I have the impression that the noise reduction is not at its maximum and so I can't adjust the treble, bass, etc...

I have a problem with my headset, if i keep pressing them bluetooth button, it just gives a sound but never goes to pairing mode. I have held the button for 30 secs and still wont connect
