I just don’t like the Grimes vocal as it’s so heavy on reverbs, delays so we can’t really understand the lyric and what it means. Can you clear that up or is it baked into the AI or vocal stems?
Oh yeah I see what you're talking about. Actually it's my fault because I'm a non-English speaking person and when I recorded the vocals I tried to imitate Grimes that’s why it sounds so awkward. So I tried to fixed it with a lot of reverb and delay. The lyrics themselves are based on Irish mythology, specifically about the encounter with the banshee. About how she(Grimes) heard her cry, which portends an imminent death. This is a very superficial explanation of the meaning of the song. If you have any more questions feel free to ask☺️
