Hey man big fan been following for ages. I don't like the catch reflection it's creating in your eyes. I'm all for a nice catch light to make the face and eyes pop. but I always go to a round source otherwise you start to make the eyes look un natural. just a tip Also your mattbox light is flickering, I would say the resistors are pretty cheap. I under sling a Aputure MC works great.
What a thing! Never imagine, so good to see something new... at least new to me!
I just bought this light; finally something for my camera that is under $30 not over $300 :-)
Right on.
Excellent. Thank you, that would easily have to be in the top 5 of the best videos you have ever presented. Practical and immediately applicable.
Awesome! Thanks.
It flickers a lot tho
Gaff Tape is the Cinematographer’s Duck Tape. :-)
Nice tip
02:38 he controls light with his words!
Would never have thought of that, thank you very much for creating this video.
Great video. Any issues ever with lens flare?
Brilliant little nugget of knowledge
Good tip man, kind of like a front fill. I like the shadows most of the time though, moody ftw haha
You the man! I love this.
Hi, always good to check your tips, thanks for sharing!
By the way, your light flicks, 3:36s for example.
Cheers.
Solid info. SOLID!

There's a strobe on all the strength settings, dude.
Thanks!

Great tip
Someone should just build that feature in to a matte box
Does it create flares for the lens?
Is there a reason that all cinematographers shown used it on the bottom lip instead of the top for example?
Sound like one I need to get
What about using the Nanlite Pavo Tube 6c II attached to the bottom?
😱😱 what was that ...
Thank to share ✌️
does anyone know what brand there using on those Suicide Squad behind the scene photos?
Can you tell us What is the camera that you are shooting your tutorials with.. looks very sharp..
Only thing is it comes off strong in the eyes, especially for people with glasses. Anyway to easily diffuse that?
Great video, how about the Spiffy Gear Lumiee as analternative?
That's actually exactly how they use it in their promo.
