Just got it - it's a little bit on the heavy side, but really really sturdy and probably the best compromize of weight, functionality and sturdiness you can get!

I just ordered mine. And I hate it'll take 8 days to get here (I get a little money back for delaying the delivery via Amazon). I will be going to Iceland later in the year. MY ANXIETY IS KILLING ME! I look soooo forward to receiving this tripod. I've never been so excited about a tripod. It fits into my "future proof" category. In that, I can see how I'll have this for a LONG time before I replace it. Just too many features that fit for my photography.
