MA'AM you just helped me solve a problem i've had all my life. I did not know about restless leg syndrome and you described it and I looked into it and i've been getting this since I was a child, seemed like nothing ever helped. I always felt like I had to consistently move or stretch my feet because of this uncomfortable aching sensation at night and I just never knew how to describe it to other people so I never found out what it is, I just accepted it as part of my life. Thank you!
I’m in my third trimester with my second baby….one thing that has helped SO much with heartburn is some oat milk before bed. I notice a huge difference when I do this and don’t have to take tums at night. Easy fix 😊
1000% recommend a pelvic floor therapist for incontinence in pregnancy. Its amazing how simple exercises or stretches can change how you experience incontinence in pregnancy.
Sleep with a humidifier changed my life during this pregnancy. I get awful pregnancy congestion during the night which is accompanied by nose bleeds. I just couldn't sleep because I couldn't breath. I now have it blasting in my face & it's awesome!
Nicole, could you please make a video about things to check or do before getting pregnant. Like what vitamins to take to prepare, should you visit a doctor, mindset and so on. Thank you, love your videos ❤
I would definitely see a nutritionist and get a basic blood panel done! I did this while I was pregnant and it was much harder to treat my vitamin deficiencies during pregnancy than afterwards.
Agree with the comments above. I got a blood panel done and got off my anxiety medication. Other than that though, I just worried about making a baby and took it one step at a time from there!
Thank you so much for talking about peeing!!! I had hyperemesis gravidarum in my pregnancy and every time I vomited, I also peed like Niagara Falls! So that happened several times a day! Thank god I was pregnant in 2020 and being humiliated in the privacy of my own bathroom. Otherwise it would have been a disaster requiring disability leave!
If you have incontinence you can also see a Pelvic Floor physical therapist if you have access to one. You can treat it during pregnancy or postpartum! Leakage is something commonly fixed with PT!
I appreciate your honesty about the incontinence you experienced after Sage. I had the same and was really worried when I had no control those first few days. It got better but now on baby #2, and with nausea.. I have had too many accidents already. I am actually going to talk to my obgyn to get some PT. During pregnancy this time around
@@HealthNutNutrition what week of pregnancy did you start having incontinence issues? I'm 24 weeks pregnant and it started a few weeks ago with baby number 1. I'm just hoping I can get ahead of it with pelvic floor therapy so it doesn't worsen.
Omgosh I wish I knew about the calcium/magnesium liquid supplement! I had the worst acid reflux when I was pregnant-I couldn’t even bend down to dry my legs in the shower! 😅 Thanks so much for all these tips! ❤️ I will definitely be using these next pregnancy! 😊
I am in my second trimester and I 10000% relate to the protein! If I'm not upping my protein and including it often during the day, I am ravenous at the end of the night. Bonus, my 2 year old is a protein fan too so we often eat the same things for snacks.
I'm in my third trimester and I've tried so many times to sleep with a pillow between my knees. It just hasn't worked for me. Maybe I need a thinner pillow. Humidifier is sooo helpful! There's more blood flow to the mucus membranes and makes it all swell up and dry out. It's terrible!
If you are having issues with incontinence it can be really helpful to see a pelvic floor physical therapist. Your pelvic floor could be too loose, too tight, or both. I would recommend calling around and making sure the PT you choose has a biofeedback machine and knows how to do internal exams. I went to 3 different PTs before I found one that was actually helpful.
I can't remember if it was you, or another creator, but someone mentioned a nappy cream that was really great to try and get on their bottom before the first meconium poop to help clean away that sticky first poop. If this was you can you remind me what it is? I have scoured your videos, lol! If it wasn't you, do you have any recommendations along these lines? Thank you! You have become my pregnancy guru! #Goals
Where did you get the magnesium chloride balm? I couldn’t find it the link or Amazon. I have bad restless leg too, I want to give this a try. Please let me know. Thank you!
My nephew used the wrist bands to help with car sickness when he was a toddler. He would throw up pretty often during car rides. I never heard of magnesium cream until after I had my baby. I read on a blog somewhere that nuts and seeds help with leg cramps during pregnancy, so I added walnuts, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds to my oatmeal for breakfast. I could feel the cramps any day I didn't have that for breakfast.
I just discovered you and it helps so much this being my first pregnancy. I'm glad you feel the same about some meats as me😫 I love hamburger but right now the thought of it makes me gag.
Wow I knew my 1st pregnancy was really cool with atmost no symptoms (only once a had acid refluct) and my 2nd I just had a few days with a little bit nausea. Did not thougt it could be that horrible for others 😰
so happy for you❤ 8 months pp over here and wish I knew about all of these when I was pregnant! some of these are amazing even after pregnancy! Merci 😘
I have a similar story where I laughed SO HARD a few days after birth and my husband just cracked me up and boom I peed my pants on the floor and it made us laugh even harder LOL so thankful I’m not alone 🤭
I started doing pillow between legs without knowing it beforehand because since I started trying to sleep only on my sides, my legs were so uncomfortable so I realised a pillow helps. I am usually a stomach sleeper - do I miss that…
My friend recommended buying a pregnancy pillow even if I am not pregnant. Her partner would steal her pregnancy pillow when she was pregnant with her son, so now her partner, her and her daughter all have their own pregnancy pillows and none of them are pregnant now haha.
Hi Nicole I heard that it may be possible that pregnant women may need magnesium to help with nausea. Check ✔ with your doctor to see if this is right for you. 😊
How many weeks are you? I'm 25 weeks and getting uncomfortable, 1st baby. Self consious about my weight gain (35lbs already) 😞 can i ask how much weight you lost after birth/1 month pp? Also, can you please link where you get your maternity yoga/legging wear?

Thanks for the tip! So exciting you’re going to have two soon 🤎

I’m 6 weeks today. I’ve been doing the pillow between the legs for years just because it helps me sleep. I can’t do without it!
Nicole, could you please make a video about things to check or do before getting pregnant. Like what vitamins to take to prepare, should you visit a doctor, mindset and so on. Thank you, love your videos ❤
If I'm honest just go with the flow and make a baby ❤😊

So happy for you!!🎉 I had my last child 19 years ago and I still sleep with a pillow between my legs...it keeps your back feeling so much better.
I feel like once you start you can’t go back!
Right there with you. The anxiety of having to leave the house or go to work and worrying about peeing my pants added a whole other level of stress.
If you have incontinence you can also see a Pelvic Floor physical therapist if you have access to one. You can treat it during pregnancy or postpartum! Leakage is something commonly fixed with PT!
Yes it gets presctibed routinely in my countty.
You’re absolutely glowing! I’m so happy I just saw this video since hubby and I are trying for baby number 2 lol.
Thank you for the lovely compliment 🤎

its just been apart of the territory for me being pregnant and PP but these undies have really helped me

the supplement has saved me so many times! im so sorry to hear that, but atleast you know this now!
I used these post postpartum for the bleeding. Love them
I cant agree more they're such a great product
I had a c section and my pelvic floor was awful, 8 months later and it’s a bit better. Thanks for being so honest with your advice and experiences 😊
im so happy to share my experiences in order to help other moms 🥰
Lol 😂 that story you shared about the pee and projectile 💩 😂 I can’t !
I couldnt stop laughing

Right? It’s so crazy. I can eat all the pretzels and my body is like nope I need building blocks haha
Same! I totally struggle with getting enough protein in and feel much better when I do!
I love your beautiful simple makeup look! Would you be willing to do a tutorial?

Nicole! Please tell me the brand of your white workout top! It looks super comfortable!
34 weeks with baby #2 🙋🏻♀️ So excited for you!! My first, sweet little girl, is currently 17 months 💕💕
Congratulations your due so soon! that is so exciting lady 🥰

Almond milk is also a natural anti acid! Complete life saver 😊 thank you for your videos, I'm also on pregnancy number two with a toddler 💙
Congrats! And that’s helpful to know. I’ll have to try that one time
Can you link the black sports bra that you have been wearing in the videos and also the bike shorts please and thank you. It looks very comfy

Thank you so much!!
RLS is so terrible during pregnancy for me!! I lay down and feel like ants are crawling on me 😭 will definitely try the magnesium cream!!
I just discovered you and it helps so much this being my first pregnancy. I'm glad you feel the same about some meats as me😫 I love hamburger but right now the thought of it makes me gag.
Nicole, i love all your vlogs, i sear. though i miss your food vlogs too, that keeps me motivated to eat healthy, XOXO

hahah definitely not alone... at-least you weren't covered in 💩too
I started doing pillow between legs without knowing it beforehand because since I started trying to sleep only on my sides, my legs were so uncomfortable so I realised a pillow helps. I am usually a stomach sleeper - do I miss that…
The pillow between the legs has been such a great hack to fall asleep fast
5:52 "Your pelvic floor is on the floor" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm dead
So true, sadly ...
😅😂
My friend recommended buying a pregnancy pillow even if I am not pregnant. Her partner would steal her pregnancy pillow when she was pregnant with her son, so now her partner, her and her daughter all have their own pregnancy pillows and none of them are pregnant now haha.
I love your shirt 😻 where did you get it ??
You’re so veautiful🥰
I have a 5month old and bow i feel like im 90% pregnant again😇
Im both excited and a little tired throughout the day🤦🏼♀️
Hi Nicole I heard that it may be possible that pregnant women may need magnesium to help with nausea. Check ✔ with your doctor to see if this is right for you. 😊
What protein powder do you use please ? 😀
You can do this! 🙌🏼
Also apple cider vinegar for heart burn 🔥
Do they still have you do kegels during and after pregnancy?
It's extremely important. And it continues to be even years later.
In my first trimester I couldn’t look at meat. I ate BOWLS of peas because of the protein content.
ugh yes i feel this! its been so hard to get protein in and its been the best thing to find creative ways to do it
the incontinence is common but don't have to be normal! a physiotherapist specialised in the pelvis can help with this.
How many weeks are you? I'm 25 weeks and getting uncomfortable, 1st baby. Self consious about my weight gain (35lbs already) 😞 can i ask how much weight you lost after birth/1 month pp?
